Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

Good company that can take care of almost any Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing project you have. Used them on various projects and good customer service. Prices a little higher than some.

7-1-20 UPDATE: I called the office and received a call back that day from Patrick the owner. He apologized for the misunderstanding and informed me that electrician was unaware the fees were already included in the quote. He explained that at times there could be additional cost based on different structural layouts, but in my case that was not the issue. He promised to refund the additional charges via check. I think when dealing professionals it’s important to maintain a level of integrity, and I believe Pat is a man of integrity. God is good?

6/30/20 (Initial review): I called around to get quotes and they were not the most expensive or the cheapest, but I proceeded and felt my quote was reasonable for 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. I was quoted $125 a fan and $444 for my chandelier. When I called the office back and indicated I would only need 1 ceiling fan, not 2. She said to take $125 off and they'd be there at around 9:30. They got there around 10:00 and proceeded to review the job. The election said fans were $150,even though the work order he had in his hand showed $125. He said their trip fee was $69(not included in my quote) and even though the order said scaffolding was extra, he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the ladder! Which was an extra $80. Seriously??? They were already in my house and I was not going to go back and forth with the labor, but I will call the office and express my opinion about bating customers with 1 price and charging $150 in extras that were not communicated. I mean goodness are you going to charge me for your gas and tools too? The installers were polite, but that doesn't account for their lack of transparency.

To put it briefly, My Electric Works are my electricians; the only ones I think I'll ever call if I can help it. When I first bought my house they did a wholesale update of the outdated panel and outlets throughout the house -- and it's worked perfectly since, including through the installation of solar panels by another contractor, who complemented MEW's work.

They have a well-oiled system in place for sending people out, letting you know who's coming and when, giving estimates and getting work done -- and they handle financing smoothly and easily.

Today was another great example; I have an attic fan I've never been able to figure out, and Brandon got up in the attic with me to figure out how to operate it, what it would cost should I choose to replace it, etc.

I also value that they're a big enough organization with experienced professionals that I'm never waiting to fit on somebody's schedules, or held up by somebody being out sick or unavailable; and their central office is staffed with equally capable people so calls are handled effectively and notes passed on so I don't have to repeat myself.

Want my opinion? If you're taking quotes on electric work, add them to the list; then remove everyone else.

Steven and his team at Inspired Heating & Cooling did an excellent job with their service. My A/C unit stopped working so I asked a friend to recommend a trustworthy company.They recommended Inspired Heating. I called Steven and he was able to get out to me the same day. After checking the system he discovered a recently blown fuse which turned out to be a quick and easy fix. What I appreciate most is that Steven didn't Diagnose a larger problem with my system that would have cost me more money. He charged me an honest price for minor fix. Thanks again Steven!!!!!!

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

Jesse came and installed cabinets in my kitchen. He was extremely experienced and left me with the professionally finished look that I was hoping for! I can’t recommend Hemminger enough for kitchen repairs!
