Best Commercial Electrician in Columbus OH

I will look elsewhere next time. The quality of work did not meet my expectations as seen in the pictures. Over cut drywall, stripped screws, cracked switch, light fixtures and switch covers not flush, found pieces of grounding wire and fiberglass in each of the rooms. In the 8 hours they were here, they did not finish two of six requested items on the quote.

Owner: You were notified that you would or may need drywall repair after installation, as you admitted in your call to me. You mentioned no other issues with the installation. We gladly fix any issues and warranty all of our work. We service over 800 customers per years so yes, mistakes happen, and once we are aware of the issue we will gladly make any repairs - As you notice from our many 5 star reviews, we do great work, however every once in a while we run into a difficult situation. I suggest reaching out to the office instead of google. Job was completed on 2/12/21. Im curious why you wait till 3/8 to post a review, and why you mentioned nothing about a broken switch or any other issues when you called me about the drywall. Please make sure you get out and enjoy the warm weather!

Thank you for the reply. You are correct. A week later during our phone call you did mention that drywall repair may be needed after installation. It is my mistake for assuming that it wouldn't be for careless workmanship.
I am sure that you and your employees are capable of great work, but this was not an example of that.

I had a funky problem where my TV cable would get snowy when a light switch in the other room turned on! It took quality electric two tries to figure it out, but they were on it immediately. The first time we thought we had it fixed but we did not check the rheostat on the light switch. When I called they came the very next day and switched out the entire light switch At no charge to me. I thought they were great and I highly recommend them.

This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Both times I’ve used Mr. Electric, they were courteous, on time and efficient. Nick showed up today and he was easy to talk to, gave clear options on my installation and was extremely efficient and respectful. Even the call Center is efficient. Thank you for providing top notch service when good service is so hard to find these days.

Don was our electrician and provided fantastic service. He was punctual, and immediately got to work rewiring our old house for a new drier. He also fixed the polarity of an upstairs plug. He was quick and had both done in less than an hour! He was very nice, explained the issues to me and provided high-level cost estimates, which were right in line with what it actually ended up costing (very reasonable!). I will definitely be using Big City Electric for future electrical work and would highly recommend them.

We have used KAP Electric a few times now and they have always been great. They even helped deal with our home warranty provider to get service covered. We plan on using them for our future electrical needs.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

Bob has been excellent to work with. We have an older house (almost 100 years old). We needed to upgrade from 100Amp to 200Amp service, a new breaker box. We wanted indoor and outdoor outlets installed. We also didn't have any overhead lighting in our living room so we wanted recessed lighting. Given that our house is old and full of plaster, we were worried that there would be tons of demo/plaster work. Bob did the lights with ZERO plaster repair needed. He was reasonably priced and I appreciated that the person who gives you the quote is the same person doing the work. He communicated well and worked very efficiently. We plan to have him back out for more work in the next year, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I am essentially a 'non-customer'. I tried to schedule an appointment for some substantial work to be done, but they were a no show twice. After the first missed appointment they called the next day or so to explain that the technician didn't receive the appointment notification. The second no show was yesterday. Unfortunately I'm not making any progress on the work that needs to be done for my family's safety and they are out what could have been a loyal customer.

Used Bradley Electric to hang a ceiling fan and run wiring to the fan. I was happy with the work and the pricing was very reasonable. They even fixed an electrical outlet that had pulled out of the wall. Didnt noticed it was fixed until after they left.

Excellent, fast service. Jeremy was pleasant and got the job done the same day that I called. The power went out in my chicken coop and he was able to restore it is less than one hour. My hens and I were very happy that they did not have to spend the night in the cold. I would 100% recommend this company

Have used Country Side Electric on two separate occasions. The work is always exceptional and quick!

Was able to quickly find the issue with my electric power fluctuation and fix it. Was more than $2000 less expensive than competitors I had called. I will absolutely use them from now on if I ever need electric service again. Great job!

Had Converse install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Quick estimate process. Quick install with no problems. I received an estimate from a competitor that was much higher with options to upsell additions to the work. Converse said they could of course include those additions, but they weren’t necessary. I appreciated the honesty, good work, and reasonable cost.

This company is amazing!! They were a few minutes late but let me know ahead of time, the service was impeccable and the price was more than fair. Absolutely calling them in the future, thank you PTI!!

I would recommend Still Electric to anyone looking for services. The company is very professional and the customer service is outstanding. Kevin and Johnathan installed my chandelier to perfection. The chandelier was a very detailed and time consuming but they nailed it and with a smile on their face, they get a 15 out of 10. I cannot say enough about this company and I will be calling them again for any future projects or repairs.
