This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Great experience with Bradley! Devon and Justin showed up five minutes early, were courteous, personable and informative and got right to work. We had five items to be addressed including installation of two flourescent light fixtures, repair of another one and a few other minor issues with outlets and such. I expected they'd be here for hours but they knocked it all out in just over an hour. We're thrilled with all aspects of the service and are already making our list for other electric-related improvements we'd like to make and plan to have them back soon.

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

Did excellent job. The guys were very pleasant.

The crew showed up and installed six ceiling fans, three downstairs in two-story house and had no existing lights in two of the three. During walkthrough had them install new canned lighting which one was upgraded to newer LED lighting with dimmer. Job went well and would recommend and reuse for other services.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.

Job was scheduled to be done. Three weeks later and the job isn't done or even started. No one will reply to email or voice mail and rarely will they even answer the phone.

James did an excellent job with repairs suggestions clean up completed everything in a timely manner as well!
