Very professional and knowledge electricians

I called Electrical Medic and about six others when a flooring guy blew several of my outlets with a trouble light. They were they only one willing to come out quickly. They were very professional arrived as they said they would and fixed my issue very quickly and even offered additional inspections if I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician or needing repairs done. I might add they even drove two counties away to come out. Thank you so very much

Brian came today to fix an electrical problem my condo is having and could not have been nicer or more professional. The problem is with AEP and he tried his hardest to get it resolved today but wasn't able to and it wasn't because he didn't try. I have him scheduled when AEP can meet him here to do the repair. KMA was very easy to communicate with & came out same day! Unfortunately, they were not able to work on my geothermal unit. However, they did not charge me a dime. Highly professional folks at KMA. Wish I could have used them!

Employee and Company supposedly but it wants to act like it's two different companies everybody passes the buck everybody blames everybody else it's a terrible place to work a terrible place to visit and a lot of people just absolutely hate their job.

If I could give 0 stars maybe even negative stars I would. They were the electricians wiring our new house under construction. They are holding up the process. The Owner of this business NEVER returns calls for 6-8 weeks They have been contacted to finish the job at our house. There are 3 outlets they forgot to install. When our builder calls them they say we will send someone tomorrow. Then NO ONE shows. My husband has called but phone calls are not returned this has been Going on for 8 weeks. If you want someone responsible reliable & truthful then this is not the company to use.
