I wanted to change my fuse box over from the old screw in, to a more modern box. I was concerned because of the heat coming from the main breaker. I call BCE and within ten minutes of being there he pointed out that my meter was moving too fast, found the problem and resolved the issue with the heat. Problem solved. Any other company would have just installed the new box and laughed all the way to the bank. Big City fixed my problem and didn't even charge me. I recommend them for your electrical needs.

Caleb came to check an issue with a few electric outlets and ceiling lights that went out due to some mitigation work, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

The chandelier was a very detailed and time consuming but they nailed it and with a smile on their face, they get a 15 out of 10.
