As a homeowner and landlord, I have used Efficient Electric for several years. Their service has always been reliable, professional, and reasonably priced for certified electricians. If you have non-emergency work to be done, do call at least 2-3 weeks prior to expecting service. That way, there's less stress for everyone, and probably helps them balance their workers' schedules to allow for the inevitable emergency calls.

Keith was very responsive to our needs. He was also very professional and did excellent work for us. He had the ability to think outside the box by coming on a weekend which worked better for us. He is your man if you have electrical needs.

Glen replaced several outlets in our “kitchen annex” that were worn out and painted over, and relocated one higher up on the wall closer to a worktable surface so that our appliance plugs could reach. He also replaced a grubby looking combination light switch/GFCI in our bathroom. We were planning to have these things done in an upcoming big job, but plugs were truly falling out of some of these outlets, and it was too inconvenient and potentially hazardous to wait months with full service contractors being so busy. Since Glen only does these small, simple jobs, he got back to me in less than a day to schedule and was actually available sooner than I was. Five days after getting in touch, this is finally off my to-do list. Very friendly, communicative, and provides a great value.

Reattached the service line to our siding where it was knocked off during a storm and diagnosed and provided estimates on a hallway light switch issue and doorbell installation. The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. OH Lic# 25186 an elderly agent driving this van had parked in front of my truck at 700 am. The customer indicated which door I needed to dock, so I started to get the tail lined up. Another agent was parked directly in front, preventing me from pulling forward. I politely approached him and asked if he could move his vehicle for a moment so I could open the doors to the trailer. The guy in 25186 cut my sentence short and began arguing with me. He then proceeded to insult and belittle me for how I choose to operate my truck. I've been driving for 10 months. I don't do anything unless there's a good reason. I have enough to deal with while I'm on the road. A poor demonstration of professionalism on his part.

Service was professional and friendly and the problem was solved promptly! I will definitely use again for any electrical concerns.
