Allen called and informed me of his estimated arrival and was ontime. He immediately began working on the installation of my whole house surge protection and separate surge protection on the new Generac 16KW natural gas whole house standby generator that he installed two days earlier. He was very polite yet professional in answering all my questions regarding how the system works, what to look for, and do, if I have a power surge or lightning strike. When the work was completed, he vacuumed the power panel to remove all metal particles in the panel to assure maximum safety and reliability. Before he left he again reviewed what he did and made sure he had answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Honestly, I could not ask for better service than Allen provided.

Travis and his crew did an excellent job with the amount of work that needed to be done. Updating all of the electrical in my home as well as adding additional outlets, switches, and light fixtures. They worked around my schedule and were great with all of my pets in the house.

I have had such a difficult time finding good electricians who have availability in the past. So happy to do business with LiveWire. They were quick, responsive, and saved me a ton of money. So glad I didn’t have to replace my whole air conditioning unit!

The power in my exterior garage was no longer working. I also blew a fuse on a very old fuse box I wasn't sure how to fix. I tried calling multiple electrician companies and they either didn't return my call or didn't have time to come out to my house. A friend recommended Viva and they were able to come to my house the same day I called them.Tommy Vaughan and Dan Earl were the Electricians that came out to my house. They were both very professional, thorough, and smart.

Wow! I cannot say enough positive words. Thank you so much to Moshe! He came out on a Sunday and fixed the issue I had with my air conditioning. If it weren't for him, I would still have no ac.

Anthony and Hunter came to my house today to evaluate a job. Specifically, whether they could install a new cooktop and downdraft vent system in my new kitchen island. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. They explained everything thoroughly, in a way I understood. I look forward to having them complete my remodel project.

What a great team. Jesse, Coyet and Isaac did a great job installing my pendant lights with minimal drywall damage (which wasn’t easy). Could recommend them more highly. They’re my go-to electrical going forward!!

I had a problem in my new home--a set of GFI outlets not working. Matt knew exactly the problem--a hidden outlet tied to the same circuit. He diagnosed over the phone, and didn't charge for the advice. I'll be a customer for life!

Tried to get them to come and and give me a quote on a job, all they wanted to do was charge me 95.00/hr. Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some begging he asks...where are you again? I repeat my address a second time (6 miles from their office) oh! your out of our area. Click... I guess they make too much $$$

It's a company that's always ready and willing to hire, no matter what your experience is, the word recession is not in this company's vocabulary, they have plenty of work for everyone male or female you just have tc have the will to work!

Professional company with experience.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.
