Hi. My name is Jennifer. I needed immediate electrical help as I lost power to all of my outlets in my living room. First, after making the initial phone call, On Time Electric showed up to my home in an hour. The electrician who came to my home was Perry. Perry was phenomenal!!!!!! He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and explained the problems I had and offered many solutions to fix. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. The price I paid didn’t include any hidden costs and was VERY reasonable!! When Perry left, he made sure all was in working order and back to normal.I can not say enough good things about Perry and On Time Electrical. Not only is the team professional, but very accomidating. They fit into my schedule unlike other companies that are very ridigid. I will use only this electrical company in the future.

The Greensboro technician, Thomas Rivera, was very knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. He explained my outside receptacle configuration to me and what needed to be done. When he got here I had no power going to my koi pond, and when he left I had power to the koi pond and happy koi. The person who answered the call at the office was also very nice and knowledgeable and got me on the schedule quickly. Thomas was right on time and called me to let me know when he was an hour out. Very professional company. We will be using them the next time we need more work done. Thanks for saving the koi!
