This was a flawless experience with Heredia Electric. I had four different tasks that required the attention of an electrician. Mr. Heredia arrived exactly on time, absorbed my description of the four tasks, gave me an estimate, and proceeded to complete the four items. It's comforting to know that, should any electrical needs arise in the future, I can place one phone call, and expect high quality, prompt, professional work at a reasonable price.

The electrician Lonny was great. He arrived on time, he explained what he was going to do after I described my situation and he explained GB electric pricing which seemed fair and I will be calling them for future electrical services. Lonny was very thorough and efficient with his work.

They were a no show for the delivery window. I didn’t even receive a phone call. When I finally called they rescheduled me for next day. We’ve had no hot water for 3 days. The customer service and communication has been awful!

Lue Vang and his brother rewired and installed can lighting in our living room, dining room and kitchen. They also rewired our entire kitchen for new appliances and lighting. They are excellent electricians and nice to work with!

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

I have used Bates Electric for over three years and have been satisfied with all their work. They have handled all aspects of my home electrical systems from circuits to outlets and switches.

Good service. Our Lennox unit is working well, two years after installation. The only problem is the Lennox thermostat, which seems temperamental and unnecessarily complicated.

We had a tech come out to diagnose an electrical issue on 1/13. The guy was very nice and explained what he thought the issue was and that the office would be in touch to coordinate someone coming back out in a few days because he thought Duke Energy needed to be involved as well. A week goes by and no word from the office so I called. The rep in the office seemed to really not care at all, put me on hold and said someone will call back. Fast forward another week and no still no call back. If you are looking for good customer service and timely repairs, Arch Electric is certainly not your company to call. $175 for a diagnosis and no call backs. I would not give a star if that was an option.
