They are indeed Mister Sparky - that Spark is going to light up your wallet! We had a breaker that would not reset so we called them. It was around 9:00 p.m. and they were going to charge an egregious after-hours fee. We took the chance that there was nothing serious wrong and took an appointment for the next day. Turned out it was a bad breaker and they charged us $589 to replace one breaker - after googling it turns out it takes at most 10 minutes to replace! I have to believe there are cheaper options out there. They also tried to upsell us on replacing the entire panel - mine you our panel passed inspecting and is up to code so Mister Sparky would have burned my credit card as well!!! Next, the tech left us an assessment of our electrical situation but never reviewed it with us. The assessment indicated we had a serious issue. Now, I have to either ignore it or pay them the service fee for the return visit. Pretty slick marketing, get you concerned about an issue and force another service fee on you!! Rather than have Mister Sparky light up my wallet again, I will try another company! I guess they have to pay for those Panther ads somehow!!

Miss leading information. They are offering a special for $27. They didn’t clarify to me that this was the cost for them just to show at my house. The diagnosis of the problem was additional $199 for one hour and it will add after that. Very expensive compare to other similar companies. They didn’t give me a good explanation why they are advertising in their website a $27 special if it really isn’t any savings. I have to paid the $27 for nothing. I was afraid that after that will be more hiding fees; I decided to don’t hire them. Very disappointed

Peter just installed two light fixtures and did a great job! He was professional, friendly and installed them so quickly. I would definitely contact Bates Electric and use Peter again. I feel their prices are fair and they got someone out within a couple days of making the request.

I've worked with Heredia on a few projects and each time I've been very pleased. That says a lot since I'm very picky and very skeptical on the people or company that I hire. Edwin has always shown up when he says he will, and stops by, out of his way, to help me on electrical issues- without charge! I trust him completely and HIGHLY recommend Heredia Electric.

GB Electrical Services has once again impressed me with their promptness, thoroughness, and quality of work. We had previously had an infloor outlet repaired by Lonny and had purchased a service plan for the year that included an electrical inspection of the house. We finally got around to requesting the inspection and they were able to schedule quickly around my schedule.

On the day of the inspection Daron arrived on time, wore a mask, and even gave me a bottle of hand sanitizer. After explaining the process he got right to work. He managed to correct a couple of small issue as he was going through the inspection and then explained any potential concerns as he found them. At the end of the inspection he provided me with a detailed list of his findings, what potential problems existed, and the recommended corrections.

I chose to complete several of the suggestions and Daron was able to start right then and complete them the same day. I'm incredibly happy with the quality of service and work that GB has provided so far. All of their employees have been polite, knowledgeable, and just pleasent to deal with. I will be using them for any future electrical work and highly recommend them.

Well, the new tub and rough-in are done for my bathroom renovation. Leon and Chad arrived on time. They were both very polite, friendly and gracious. I am w/c bound and they gave me special consideration regarding the cutting off of my water so I was able to get my nurse's visit done without any hiccups. They did a wonderful job, handling a problem that had been left behind. The job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after they finished. I do hope they will be sent back for the rest of the plumbing work.Good guys!
