I have used this company two times already. Their promptness is unbelievable. Their quality of work is outstanding and I would recommend Paul and Shannon to anybody. Their work is very neat and and they have never left a mess. They were recommended to me from my neighbor. Just very very pleased with the quality of work and how quickly they got the work completed.

Needed power restored to two outlets breaker issue professional responsive on time

There was a build up of water on the bottom of the cabinet below my kitchen sink. The water runoff was even leaking onto the kitchen floor. Michael & Son Charlotte arranged for a tech to come to my home, and I was especially grateful that they were able to accommodate my work schedule. Tore' P came to my home at the agreed time, determined where a leak originated and fixed the problem immediately. He was nice enough to clean up the water from the cabinet and the floor. I had questions about a couple of other plumbing fixtures, and Tore' patiently answered them. He made sure to thoroughly explain Home Care Agreements offered by Michael & Son. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism Tore' extended. I think he's a valuable asset to Michael & Son. I will recommend the company to others, and certainly call on them again when I need any service they offer.

Tony came out to our house in Pineville to help diagnose an issue with our gas fireplace. We got a call on Monday to set up an appointment and he was able to come out the next day to make repairs. Tony was upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done and the potential costs. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and you could really tell he was passionate and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He got our fireplace working and we couldn't be any happier with IRV. Definitely recommend!
