Viva Electric is fantastic to work with! I worked with Jeff who did phenomenal work. I complimented his attention to detail, even down to vacuuming up debris from drilling, wiping down outlet covers, and explaining each step of the quote and project. He removed fluorescent lights from my laundry room and took them to be disposed of. He installed can lights with dimmers instead, added grounding outlets, and will be returning to replace my sketchy Pacific panel that's no longer serviceable. Jana at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and was able to dispatch Jeff for the project the day of after other companies hadn't even returned my phone calls. Will be working with Viva Electric and Jeff indefinitely. Highly recommend!

The receptionist was so nice and knowledgeable in helping diagnose my problem. i scheduled an appointment and then was able to get on the waitlist to be scheduled sooner. They fixed my problems timely and were really nice to work with.

I have used Luis and the Honesty Electric team for previous extensive electrical jobs and have always been satisfied with the work and the very fair pricing. This time I needed a new outlet installed as well as new doorbells, (rather minor jobs compared to what I hav had done in the past), but one that was done with the same professionalism as my previous major ones With the challenges we are facing under this pandemic, Brian of Honesty Electric came prepared with mask, gloves, booties and remained the suggested 6 foot distance during the entire time here. Thank you once again Honesty Electric for doing a professional, efficient and yes HONEST job once again

We hired Roby for the install of a new electrical panel. Despite communicating clearly and directly with the on site manager about our future plans and need for extra circuits, they installed a meter-panel combo with fewer circuits, rather than discreet units.

This was fine until we entered our 2nd phase of renovation, with the attic conversion (which again, was made very clear to the on site crew who was purchasing the equipment). We contacted Roby during previous work to try to work out a remedy, and they simply seemed to have send us an inflated price including a whole new panel, rather than make it right.

We ended up going with another contractor at that time out of frustration. Now that we are entering our attic work, we will need to shell out additional costs for a sub-panel, in addition to having one more piece of equipment attached to the back of our newly renovated home.

This is in addition to ground wire installation which somehow passed inspection, but we were just informed that it does not meet code. Note for you home-owner's out there, the ground rods are supposed to be below grade, and if there are 2, the wire connecting them should also be buried. (Ours is not).

I cannot recommend this contractor for any type of renovation work.

Dominique explained everything he was doing. He fixed the problem. He was professional. He answered my calls/messages. He was up front about the costs, didn't give a surprise bill. I will definitely use his services again.

For what they claim to be, they lack quality and professionalism

They quoted me three times the cost for a simple and straightforward job compared to two other contractors I received quotes from through the Duke Energy EV referral program. I also wasted $89 for them to provide me with their overly inflated quote while the other two providers provided me estimates free of charge. I’m sure they do good work, however, you may want to get multiple quotes if you do not want to be price gouged.

Ed and Roman Electric was extremely professional, and the workers were always on time and friendly! We had a pretty big job, and Roman was the best quote and exuded the most confidence in completing quickly! Will definitely use them again.

Gianni Electric responded same day to my request for outlets not working. Jose was prompt and wore a mask the entire time. He diagnosed and fixed the issue problem in about an hour. Price and customer service was great.

Father and Sons Electric are extremely proficient and honest. I was given a quote over the phone and once the job was done was charged exactly what was quoted. The electrician was early for the appointment, very polite and explained everything he was going to do. He did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself when the job was complete. I have used Father and Sons Electric previously for lighting installation and they will continue to be my go to company if I am in need of an electrician.

I hired Mr. Henry to upgrade my electrical panel and run 3 additional electric lines under my house in the crawlspace. I was expecting it to take weeks to get this job scheduled: he was able to to work me into his schedule and finish the job within few days time!! Very professional. Very reasonable price. Great attention to detail. This guy knows his stuff. I will be hiring Mr Henry and his team again for future projects.
