Sky Electric came today and replaced out some fixtures for us. Ronnie put up new lights at our front and back doors, a chandelier in our kitchen, and a ceiling fan with lights in our family room. He was professional and courteous and friendly. I plan on calling him in the future if we have other electrical installation needs.

I had a very unfortunate experience with a plumber service call to repair a toilet for my 83 year old mother. It’s taken 3 weeks to get someone from Michael & Sons to really hear and understand my concerns. Finally today after numerous calls a customer service rep named Josh and Megan in Administration heard me and listened to me. I appreciate your help Josh and only because of YOU and Megan’s assistances my 1 star review should be a 5 star.

First off, Halion electric was the only company i could find that didnt have an extremely long waiting period. Lexxus sent Ed to work on my issues. I received a call, when they said they would call, and Ed showed up promptly and very professional. He was very receptive to the many questions i asked, and took time to explain every detail of the work being done. I do not get impressed easily, but i must say, Ed was very competent and friendly, which made my experience much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Halion electric to take care of your electrical needs, and if i need electical work again in the future, Halion electric will be my go to....thanks for such great response time and a job i consider to be very professional..
