Jason and his team have installed multiply TVs, mounted mirrors, installed ceiling fans and much more. They are my go to vendor when it comes to these types of installations within my home.

I will only use Modern Solutions as the service is always impeccable! They have installed my televisions at both my places. No wires are ever visible, they clean up behind themselves and also synced my Alexa app for me (so friendly). (Please note they also do lighting behind the TV but in my pic I did the lighting myself, hence why it is not going completely around the TV.) So use Modern Solutions for your lighting too!! I have used Modern Solutions services since 2016 when I first purchased my home. Jason and his team provide excellent customer service, professionalism, and great quality work. I’ve had my TVs mounted very clean, with no wires showing at all, ceiling fan installation, sound bar installation, and his team has painted almost every room in my house. I will continue to use his services and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of home remodeling services.

My apartment complex recommended them, so I scheduled them to mount my TV. The guy who came, Jason, came on time, had everything he needed. And he got it done. It was done quickly, and he even set up the TV (because it was new out the box), connected it to the app in my phone and the internet, and cleaned up. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had. I would recommend this service to my family and friends and I would use the service again.

I had my tv mounted using Modern Solutions after seeing them come out to mount a tv in my community. They were able to come out as soon as the next day and were very timely when arriving. He was quick and even showed me how to use the lights he had installed on the back using the Govee Home app. I definitely would recommend them for mounting tvs and would trust them for any other home improvement needs!

We had an additional TV mounted in my Father-in-law's bedroom. Modern was able to arrive 3 hours prior to the appointment time and Mount the television. It only took about 30 minutes and it was done! Awesome job Jason!

I requested an 8am appointment to have a 75” tv installed. Jason was punctual and had everything needed to create an additional outlet and a mount. He was professional, courteous, and educational. After looking at stellar reviews, I decided to go with Modern Solutions. Incredibly deserving of 5 stars. From the moment I booked online. Prompt communication. Then follow up through the moment of the appointment. Jason showed up promptly and explained the installation options. He measured out placement with tape so that you could see where the TV would be mounted on the wall. All of my TV mounts were secured to wall, cut outs for wire concealment done and wires pulled through, nice finishing faceplates added, and TV mounted perfectly on the wall. Jason was a skilled installer with a great personality and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a TV mounted, a sound system installed, etc. This company is the best for TV installations hands down. I have used Modern Solutions many times. There is no one better in the area.

Everything about my experience of my TV mount with Modern Solutions was great! I had a question which Jason responded to quickly over email. Booking was extremely easy, and they arrived on time/a few minutes early to my scheduled time. They were professional and respectful of my place, and cleaned up any mess that was created from the installation. Payment was also easy - they have a square, so you can pay and tip with card - super convenient. The mounting did not take long at all, and looked great! They gave their recommendation on how high to mount - and they were right! I watched TV last night, and it's at the perfect height. Would definitely recommend!

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly for our scheduled time. Upon arriving, I had him mount a new 75 inch Sony TV with a Full Motion mount. He unboxed the TV for me, popped the mount on the wall, and took careful consideration of the height of my couch, the distance to the wall, and any other obstructions that would be an issue for viewing. Once the TV was mounted he set it up and plugged in all of my entertainment platforms. He definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention, he was an absolute pleasure to chat with! Time flew! Would highly recommend if you want a personal touch for this type of job and not a large company who is trying to get as many of these done in a day as they can. Modern is certainly quality over quantity when it comes to TV mounting in Charlotte.

What a great experience. I hired Modern Solutions to install 4 TVs for me. They were respectful and carful with our new home. They were tremendously efficient and all around great guys to have doing this level of work. My TVs look amazing on the walls. I also received electrical work where they had to create outlets to hide my cables. It looks so awesome! Hire these guys if you want quality and cost effective work!

Jason is the absolute best! I’ve used him several times and he never fails me, he’s always on time and very professional! He even removes his shoes when he enters my home. And when he leaves beside the beautiful TV he mounted you can’t even tell he was there. He cleans up behind himself very well! I won’t fully discredit this business...The first time I scheduled service with modern solutions, I had a great experience. On another note, the second time wasn’t so pleasant! I contacted Jason respectfully, to let him know that I wasn’t satisfied with the work that was performed. Although it wasn’t him who mounted the TV, it’s still his business!!! I have one TV that had a slight lean to it and it only got worse over time. I asked him if he could come out and just level it for me when he had time. Surprisingly, I never heard anything back from him, that’s why I give this business a 1 star. I’ve used his service on numerous occasions. I’ve recommended him to all my friends and they recommended him to their friends! Wish I could take that back but unfortunately I can’t!!
