After purchasing an older home, the On Time Electrical team was able to come out and address all the issues found during the inspection and at least one that they didn’t catch. The price was better than some of the initial estimates from other services as well.One of the things that I truly appreciated was not needing to ask for updates on the status of the work. We were kept well informed at every step along the way.

Todd is a pleasure to work with. He returns calls, shows up when expected and communicates well. He also does great work and has reasonable prices.

I called Mr Electric today when I realized a breaker was faulty and there were problems with a couple of receptacles. I was told by Amanda they could send a tech out the same day! Byron arrived on time and got everything done fast and professionally. He was courteous and explained everything to me in detail. The price was fair for same day service. I am very happy with my experience with Mr Electric today. I highly recommend this company in general and Byron in particular. Well done guys!

Excellent Electricians

Felt a little underwhelmed, checked voltage, flame looks good, that's all? Question whether it was a full check. Tech had limited knowledge about no light in thermostat, thought batteries might work?

Carlton was very friendly and knows his job well He put in a hook up plug for our dishwasher. Will refer him to friends.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.

They setup the appointment quickly. That I would have to was the end of it. I called after my appointment time passed, they let me know the electrician was running a little behind (as in 30 minutes because he was going to grab something to eat). Ok, no problem there, about 90 minutes later I get a call from the electrician saying he wasn't going to make it for another hour (2 and a half hours after appointment time), said ok I can deal with that, people have stuff come up. Called the business to let them know to cancel my request for service after an additional hour went by from when the electrician said he'd be here (3 and a half hours after my appointment time). Sound very professional on the phone and thought I found a good company based on the previous review (nice work from the photos and referrals from Duke energy). Had a few jobs that I need an electrician for out at the house so probably more disappointed then they are for losing my business.
