Carolina Electric Pros were outstanding. They came in and mounted a new 55’ tv and set up speakers all around my pool and patio. We had a panel breaker rewired to correct the service voltage from 240 to 110 due to an error from a previous radiant floor installer. Our floor control system was failing due to the increased load. The system was rated for 110 and had been installed with 240 volt. Scott Ewing identified the issue and was able to rewire the breaker to adjust the voltage.

No Shorts have done multiple jobs for me including, re-rewiring electric to my pool that was done improperly by another electrician, relocating our washer and dyer, adding internet cabling for Xbox, and installing a green energy saving current regulator. They always do excellent quality work, are fast, efficient, and affordable. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Highly recommend.

I worked with Michael Scism from Roby Services and he was an absolute professional. I was interested in a home safety inspection, looking at a rusted out circuit panel and needed information on a generator. Michael was honest, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. While I did not move forward with all of the recommended items, I am confident that I need to make electrical improvements and I intend to use Roby services again.

The owner has come out to my house twice and both times he was very kind and professional.

Tom came by and repaired our meter the. Same day we called! I called several companies and got voicemail or no answer at all. Tom answered the phone gave me a good idea of what it might cost. He came out at 3pm as scheduled and by 5 pm we had power. He fit us in the same day and the cost was very reasonable. I highly reccomend Tom and Providence Electric. They are definitely my electricians for all future work I might need. Top notch!

It was after 7:00pm and I needed someone to fix an outlet in my garage ASAP because I had our 2nd refrigerator on that outlet - with no power! I called several places and Lamm called me immediately. He had me text him pictures and he walked me through finding the problem. We were able to fix it and my refrigerator is working! (I offered to pay him for his time and he said no)

Lux electrical service serviced our home on May 25, 2023. Because of this service we are able to use wall sockets that we have never used since we’ve been in our home. He’s very efficient respectful brilliant because now we are able to use a lot more space in our home. thanks to Lux Electrician.

I am giving this review a 5 star, but it does represent two different calls and if averaged together would be lower. This review represents our second technician. One of the technicians, Dusty Rhodes, was invaluable to help me figure out how to solve our electrical problem. Our first technician was very nice, but did not get the diagnosis yet we still had to pay the bill. Dusty listened, and really began some investigative work. Rather than replacing some breakers inside our house, he proved the problem was with outside lines (Duke Energy had already been here and said it was 'good' on their end). Not only did he do that, he stayed with me to call Duke Energy out again, specifically coaching me on what to relay to them. Well, Duke Energy came out three more times and fixed three different problems. All is working well now. I was so desperate for someone to listen to our problem, Dusty was the first one who did.

We had several outlet/electrical issues and Bobby was able to come out and get them sorted quickly all while providing us detailed information on the steps he was performing. The pricing was extremely fair and he was extremely kind and respectful to boot! Bobby's expertise and knowledge in his field really shined through and we are extremely pleased with the work he performed!
