Hurricane Michael swept thru town Thursday afternoon and left me with a present in the form of a fallen tree. The tree took out a number of things, but most important was the power line. This was my mother’s home and I live out of town, I can’t leave her without power. Understandable getting an electrician at this time was difficult, they were in high demand. Saturday bought hope with an electrician who came by to look at the problem and said he would be right back after another small job. In short, he never showed up and wasted my opportunity for power Saturday. Saturday pm I found Livewire electric and Bobby had good reviews from all. I submitted a service request via his website. Followed up with an email with pictures of the problem, thinking it would be helpful for the electrician to see the issue the next morning. To my suprise Bobby texted me back within 15 min, letting me know he would be over in the morning. True to his word he was here at 9 am. He looked at the issue and said I need a new riser and wire in order to restore power. He was fair and explained why items were necessary to be repaired, if it was not obvious. He said he would be done by noon. He was finished by 11:30am. Bobby is very professional, knowledgeable and has compassion for his clients and their situations. Jack installed two soffet light fixtures above the 2nd story and replaced some wiring that the squirrels chewed. Jack did an excellent job.

Alfred was awesome! We needed a whole house surge protector and he came within an hour and installed the system in about 15 minutes. The prices are very reasonable and the product he used was the same company as my breaker box. Very patient as he answered all the question my fiancé and i had. Would for sure hire him again for any electrical job i have in the future.

You can NEVER go wrong with Eddie's Place. I had the Founder's Hash with shrimp, sausage and diced potatoes topped with an egg. Nicely seasoned Creole Sauce set it off. Couldn't eat the whole thing.

I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work.
