We had a different electrical company come out first only to have them shrug their shoulders and give up. Jesse from Gianni Electrical Service was our next hope and he was awesome. Not only was he thorough in his inspection of the problem, but he walked us through everything so we understood. He loves what he does and it shows. We'll call him first next time.

So I’ve got to call myself out for this one, I had a back patio light in the ceiling fan that was less bright than the other ceiling fan. Unbeknownst to me I was unaware there was a control on the remote that dimmed and brightened the light. Not only was he on time, not only did he come out with a smile on his face but instantly show me what the problem was and when I offered to pay he wouldn’t accept. I know he was only here five minutes but that’s highly unusual. I can promise you when I do have a real electrical job to be done at my home I’m going to contact Sky Electric and Ronnie Mullis.

On time, professional, value contractor, dependable, honest (they reduced their quoted price after the job because it didn't take as long as they thought).

GB did an outstanding job for us in helping primarily to install an outlet and move cable to opposite side of room so we could mount our TV above the fireplace. Jay Smith was our technician and also repaired outdoor flood light and installed new flourescents in our garage and laundry room. He was very nice to our young children and very personable. Our family strongly recommends GB Electrical.

Handy Henry Electric was punctual and very knowledgeable about what I needed without trying to charge me a fortune. The work was completed on schedule and kept their work area surprisingly clean. I would recommend Handy Henry Electric to anyone with electrical needs.

Excellent customer service. Electrician came in the afternoon as I requested. The electrician replaced a circuit breaker and repaired a damaged wire. He cleaned the working area before leaving.

You can NEVER go wrong with Eddie's Place. I had the Founder's Hash with shrimp, sausage and diced potatoes topped with an egg. Nicely seasoned Creole Sauce set it off. Couldn't eat the whole thing.

Highly recommend Zapp Electric! We quoted three different electricians for some upgrades in our home. I had a feeling that one of them may have been trying to gouge us, so I sent their quote to Zapp. Zach from Zapp explained everything to us in a way we could understand without putting the other company down. We decided to go with Zapp after having them recommended by someone else. They installed a whole new inside panel and some new outlets. We also had some issues since our house was built in 1959, and they worked extra heard to troubleshoot them for us. If you're looking for a fair, hard-working, and responsible electrician, look no further.

Updated on 5/25/22: Zapp installed an outdoor outlet in advance of our tankless water heater installation. Last night, the plumber got the water heater installed, but the outlet didn't have power. This was discovered around 8pm. I called Zach from Zapp to let him know, and he said he would be at our house in about 30 minutes since he was in Cherryville. Next thing I know, his counterpart Eric pulls up in our driveway. This was about 5 minutes after my phone call to Zach! Eric diagnosed the issue, it turned out to be a faulty ground fault outlet. He had it fixed in about 10 minutes. So from the time I called Zach to having the issue corrected was less than 30 minutes!

Outstanding customer service and great work. Water leak on a Sunday afternoon is not an ideal time to find help, but this business responded immediately and did a great job. I highly recommend this business for any repair work needed. Paul is amazing!
