My service man Matt seemed to be very proficient in his abilities. He was very personable and caring of my needs. He was also quick and finished the job early.

$100+ dispatch fee, $100+ hr minimum work fee, $100+ post 24 hr threshold appointment cancelation fee. NOEP!

However, I do appreciate the courtesy of their secretaries. I have a learning disability and they were sweet enough to help me understand how to avoid that cancel fee via reschedule.

Besides that: the outlet restoration job I needed done was completed by Viva Electric for only $50-$70 in 10 minutes. Plus an adjustment to two of my GCFI outlets. And they were even farther away than Bates.

Had an electrical issue after the holiday power outages. GB Electrical provided prompt- same day service. Ryan was professional and incredibly informative about my issue. An hour later- everything is working properly again. THANKS for the great service!

Malik was awesome! And was able to get my showers and toilets from stopping up! IRV Plumbing was sent to me as my point of contact for my home warranty repair! Myra, (not sure of spelling) quickly set me up with a time during the afternoon that I would be home. I would definitely use all of their services again.
