Unfortunately, I definitely fell for the deceit of this company. I’m amazed at how they charged me $199 to check the breaker and a $27 travel fee. It still did not address the issue I was having. I’m unsure why the service man was not honest, but since I signed for the work I had to pay for him checking the breaker. I went off the reviews the company received but after reviewing them further; I should have called a different company. Please choose someone else.

Bob left another job he was on to help us get up and running so we could get back to work. He also troubleshot the problem and was absolutely correct about it being a Duke energy issue. He fixed the issues on our property that Duke caused and if we have any future electrical issues we will call Bob because of his professionalism and knowledge of electrical systems and pathways.

The crew was timely and professional. Highly recommend CEP.

On a hot Sunday morning the main breaker to our house decided to quit working, but Al at KG3 was there to help. He arrived promptly (on a Sunday) and replaced our breaker for us. Will definitely use Al again for future electrical work.
