Our technician came out 2 days later, as agreed. David was courteous, polite, and professional, working efficiently. Ed and his apprentice ran a new service panel and disconnect to crawl space water heater. Also relocated a service switch for easier access. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

Below is a picture of the flashing at the mast head. When brought to the electrician's attention, it was repaired (somewhat). Anyone who installs mast heads needs to know how to install the roof flashing that goes with it. Recommendation for improvement. Overall, from what I can see it was a good job. Got a quick quote. Company go the job done quickly. Lots of communication from the office staff about scheduling. Thanks.

Thank you to Michael & Son's for coming out to check on my heating system today. We have a complicated filter system that we didn't know how to clean properly. Bruce took the time to explain how to do this. Something the company we bought it from did not do. Other than an extremely dirty system (which I learned can be very dangerous) everything else was in good shape. In the past, I felt previous companies have found something to fix and I wasn't really sure if it was necessary. Bruce was very honest and showed us how to better care for our system so it will last longer. I would highly recommend Michael & Sons!
