Best Outlet Repair in Charlotte NC

All technicians were professional, knowledgeable and very personable. They were clean and respectful of their surroundings. They asked questions when needed and were just delightful to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them for upcoming jobs.

Scheduled with them last week for an estimate today sometime in the afternoon. Lady on the phone said to call in morning of appointment to verify when exactly the tech would arrive for the estimate so I don't end up waiting around all day (I work). I did that, apparently the tech had been told to come to the house in the morning but I was working so didn't pick up my phone, when I called him back, I told him what the lady said, he said that was fine, he'd meet me at 12:45 I say OK cool. I get there at 12:30, wait til 1:15, he finally calls me to tell me that he's late because the job he was already at had some difficulties. I say I understand, he said he'd be at the house at 2-2:15 I say OK. At 2:30 he still hadn't called or shown up, I called him but no one picked up. I called the main office at 2:45 to see if he was still coming, they said yes but he's finishing up another job now and will leave immediately. I had at this point, driven 35 minutes to the house from work, waited and wasted 2 hours, with people who kept telling me they're late from another job. I cancelled the appointment and left back to work, another 35 minute drive. Absolutely ridiculous, especially since their name is On Time Electrical. How is over 2 hours late being on time?

I called Livewire Electrical for a panel change. Bobby was so helpful to help me out when my house didn't have power. His work was very clean and professional. I will recommend Livewire Electrical to any of my family and friends.

Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

After reading some great feedback I decided to use Honesty Electric. They did not disappoint, and Luis was extremely helpful. He was able to troubleshoot the problem, explaining exactly what the issue was, and followed up afterwards to ensure the problem was fixed. Not only was I happy with the work, but the customer service was also great. I hope to not have any electrical work needed in the near future, but if I do, I'm certainly using Honesty Electric.

Roby HVAC was great to work with! They answered when I called and got me scheduled quickly. The tech that showed up called ahead to let me know he was coming and was very knowledgeable once on site. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Dom installed my 65’ TV perfectly over my fireplace. Very respectful with your home.... wears covering over shoes, vacuums dust after install, and most importantly does impeccable work. Highly recommended.

I will try not to be lengthy but Mr Bobby Lindsay is the REAL DEAL. My husband and l are extremely please with the services we received today. The response time via email to a personal call from Mr Lindsay resulted in working us into his busy schedule. Now l have my dryer outlet installed in my garage in a matter of 3hrs of contact. Very professional nice man with good pricing.

Lux electrical service serviced our home on May 25, 2023. Because of this service we are able to use wall sockets that we have never used since we’ve been in our home. He’s very efficient respectful brilliant because now we are able to use a lot more space in our home. thanks to Lux Electrician.

Pete Herres from Bates Electric did a great job. He called to explain type of dimmers to be installed and was early for the appointment. Prior to conducting work, he gave suggestions where to place dimmers and in less than an hour, all 4 dimmers were installed. He also didn’t mind my dog assisting him!

I can't recommend Black lab enough. We had an urgent problem on a Sunday that left us without power to a majority of the house and they came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and got everything back on track. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and an all around great company to work with.
