I really don't understand how they can call their business 'On Time Electrical' when they did not even bother to show up. I had an appointment today (open time ) and they said they would call 30 minutes before arrival. The tech called me and said he was 10 min away and I said I'll be there in 15 because I was out running errands. He said he couldn't wait and would come in the late afternoon. 3:30 rolls around and I call the company and they said they are still coming. 5:00 pm rolls around and I call again because we now have dinner plans. They said they were running late and were still going to come. I WAITED 2.5 HOURS and NO ONE SHOWED UP. Not only are they undependable, but they could not care less about my time or any plans I had going on. I honestly cannot understand the positive reviews on Google.

The technician ( Mike) was on time, very professional and did an excellent job of installation and repair. CEP would be the first on my list to call again.

Called and scheduled technician visit within 2 days. Cody and Danny showed up on time and we’re very quick and professional. Resolved my breaker box issue within 10 minutes and gave me a few recommendations on other things I should consider repairing (without being pushy on the sale). Very helpful- would recommend using and I will call them again

Ewing did a great job and I will definitely use them again. First off, they answer their phone! So many electricians in Charlotte dont answer or wont call you back. Ewing answered and booked us right away. Jose came out and fixed our issue. Good company!

We had Douthit Electric come out and quoted us $1,600. to replace 2 circuit breakers. I googled the cost to replace a circuit breaker and all indications were around $200 for one breaker replacement. I called Roby Electric to obtain a second option. Roby Electric sent Ibis, their service tech, out. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed we had 1 bad circuit breaker (not 2 ) and we decided to change out 3 (safety measure only since they were older) and the total cost was $400.00. Ibis was professional, honest and quick. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed what we needed. Douthit never tested anything. I recommend Roby Electric for ALL your needs. They are capable and honest. They want to build a long lasting relationship by treating you fairly versus trying price gouging as Douthit Electric attempted to do. It pays to obtain a second option. 5 stars!!

Tom was great. I called 3 other electricians before I called Providence Electric. No one could get to my house until next week. I explained my problem over the phone to all 3. Tom was the only that said he was pretty sure it was a simple fix but wouldn't know for certain until he arrived. Tom arrived 2 hours after talking on the phone and was finished with the repair in 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend their services.

I contracted with Bates Electric to install a Tesla charger replace an overhead fixture and replace a ceiling fan. Rob Miller was the electrician who arrived and he took care of everything that day with ease. His work was neat and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and quite happy to explain his procedures. Rob was confident and well spoken and we could not be more happy with his work and very fair price. I have used Bates several times and will continue to call them for all our electrical work. They are top notch
