We called Viva and asked for Tommy Vaughn based upon a referral from our remodeling contractor. We needed an outlet installed above the mantle on our rock fireplace so that we could mount a tv there. The job was difficult as there were several unknowns as to what was behind the fireplace. Tommy reviewed the possibilities and proceeded to do a very professional job in about 3 hours time. I would highly recommend Tommy and Viva Electric.

No Shorts have done multiple jobs for me including, re-rewiring electric to my pool that was done improperly by another electrician, relocating our washer and dyer, adding internet cabling for Xbox, and installing a green energy saving current regulator. I had this company do 2 projects in the house. 1. I wanted a clean look with my tv mounted on the wall by adding an electric outlet higher up the wall to have a clean look of no wires showing. 2. Address power light issue on a dimmable switch that hasn't worked in 8 month. On both fronts, I thought they did a good job (had 3 people there total) and was professional with what they were doing. The job lasted about 2 hours and the price was done on an agreed negotiated price.

Absolutely amazing service! We had an electrical problem with dimming of lights all throughout the house when any appliance was used, even A/C. They found the problem quickly (damaged bonding strap in the main panel) and gave me my options. I needed a new part that was hard to find, and even when they couldn't find it they got one from another electrician. Problem was fixed in under an hour after that They even stuck around and worked with my home warranty provider so I could file a claim, and gave me a quote for another job I was thinking about. Very friendly and good at what they do, highly recommended!

Could not be happier with the service. Had a small electrical fire which disabled half of my house electrically. Called 15 to 20 electricians. No one could come out said they were all too busy. Father and son said they were booked but would try to get somebody out as soon as possible. Within 20 minutes they had called me with a free electrician who came out immediately.
