Bibby us great and I can't imagine using another electrician in Charlotte. He is always responsive and has a reasonable schedule where he is able to get to our projects quickly as opposed to scheduling 4-6 weeks out like other companies. Bobby and his team do great work!

I am super happy with the work Viva Electric performed for me as part of my bathroom renovation. They advised me on the best fan to purchase and they really know their stuff - this is the quietest, best bathroom fan I've ever seen. Also, they helped me place my sconces alongside the medicine cabinet, which was really important to get right. They nailed it! Lots of great advice and superb workmanship. 100% recommend them!

Thanks to Robbie we were able to correct an issue with a shower drain that had been installed incorrectly by the original plumber. He was responsive and clear with what would be needed to correct the problem. Grateful for their timeliness and professionalism.

Daniel and Nathan did and excellent job and both provided above and beyond customer service. Our TVs were mounted perfectly and the fan installation and wiring was great as well!

Todd is very easy to work with. He listened to my outlet needs, inspected the project areas, and provided an accurate estimate in the first visit. He arrived at the agreed upon time and wrapped up in a few hours. I definitely recommend Todd and will be using him in the future.

Great Company

Edwin was fantastic! After coming out for a consultation, we were able to book him for the work the exact same week. He worked quickly and efficiently and took care of a number of small electrical needs that we had around the house - installing an outdoor outlet, fixing two non working outlets, installing timers on some of our light switches for our outdoor lighting, and adding a new receptacle to our garage to support a treadmill. Highly recommend Edwin and we will be using him for all future electrician needs.

We have used Roman Electric 2 times now and we are very pleased with both projects. There is a reason we called them back... Very hard to find good tradesmen that are good at what they do, courteous, punctual and a good value.

Jacob had come out to install recessed lighting to our rooms. He was very thorough, professional and finished everything in a timely manner.

Complete waste of time and a TOTAL rip off. They will tell you it is a $69 fee to send someone out and then the electrician will give you an outrageously priced estimate for simple work (such as removing low voltage wires for $344 alone). They will not give you any pricing upfront. I ended up still paying $345 to have just one plug replaced and an old doorbell removed. Overly priced by far but I had already wasted 2 hours of my morning. Most of the time the electrician spent trying to upsell me to redevice my entire home, which costs over $8000 by the way. It was just laughable. 20 mins of work took up over 2 hours of time. And ironically enough the electricians van broke down in my driveway.

I had sent a very detailed email to the office manager regarding my experience and was told management would be in touch. Have I heard from them? Nope. Let’s see how quickly they respond to public reviews though.

Definitely go elsewhere unless you just have time and money to throw away. Do yourself and read the one star reviews and you will see a reoccurring theme. Wish I would have.

The lady and older guy who handle the scheduling are very straightforward, if not a little grumpy. However, the actual electrician who came out was nice enough and seemed to know what he was doing. He did a nice job installing some lights and cleaned up when he was done. I was charged $85 on top of the quote I got, which I was not thrilled about, but at least the job was done right. Overall it seems to be a decent company.

I am a Property manager and I called Discount Electrical because one of my tenants didn't have power. Discount Electrical came on time, they fixed the problem, and it was 11 PM on a Friday night. I was very impressed and the bill was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Reliable and very dependable. I had clients that just closed on their home and the builder was not responsive. He came over on short notice, on the weekend to make the repair for my clients. He will get all my business going forward
