Called Mr Sparky to have a new remote receiver installed on my ceiling fan. I was supplying the new receiver. Mr Sparky would not give an estimate over the phone. I was informed I would have to pay the non-refundable service call fee and the electrician would provide the quote once on-site. I reluctantly agreed and paid the service call fee, upfront, to schedule the service call. Once the electrician arrived, he was very nice and polite. However, his quote was $815 to replace a fan remote receiver that I was supplying. It would have been a 30 minute job at the most for any competent electrician. Needless to say, I sent him on his way and lost the non-refundable service fee. This is an unethical company and a racket. All I can say is “BEWARE”.Update: First of all, Mr Sparky does not know what I can afford and what I can’t as referenced in the business owners response. This is about what is fair and equitable and not what I can afford. The job needed has been completed by a different electrical company by a licensed electrician. It ended up approximately 1/4 Mr Sparky’s $815 quote (after taking my $69 non-refundable service call fee). Again, BEWARE and do your homework!

Josh was Great, he did a excellent job. They came out the same day I called and did the installation the same day. Very professional.

Bobby came out to give us a quote and our issue with the pannel was fixed in almost no time and for a reasonable price! Very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Highly recommend. We will use this company again if we have any other issues in the future. Thanks again!

Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

They all review their work with you at appropriate times during the projects and take care of the customer from start to finish.

I intend to have Ron give us budgetaries for wiring our basement as the next project for 20+ additional circuits and switches.

Excellent customer service. Electrician came in the afternoon as I requested. The electrician replaced a circuit breaker and repaired a damaged wire. He cleaned the working area before leaving.

Was able to get an electrician the same day of calling for service. Mark came and provided us his thoughts on the best solution for our electrical needs. WTC has amazing customer service! They were prompt and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

My 80 year old father had a clogged garbage disposal, and didn’t feel like fooling with it. Their technician quoted him $1,100. Said a wall needed to come out, pipes replaced... it’s a garbage disposal for crying out loud. He ended up doing it himself. Talk about trying to take advantage! Wow!!

Roman was very responsive, arrived when expected and completed the work timely and neatly. We installed two wall sconces where they had not been installed before - he gave suggestions for the wall switch/plate location. Once the work was completed, he did the first layer of drywall mud on the wall. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Excellent customer service. Will definitely call him again with any future electrical needs. Love to support small businesses.

I have had a difficult time getting electricians to return my call in the Fort Mill area. I called Johnathan Brown Electric and got a same day return call, and a one week out appointment. I had 4 projects from installing light fixtures to replacing a faulty outlet. Johnathan arrived at the appointed time, reviewed my projects, gave me a quote and completed all 4 projects - all within a couple hours. He was friendly, professional and very pleasant. He also works very cleanly. I highly recommend this young man and his company!

Jeremy Parker was a pleasure to work with. He installed 2 pendant lights in our master bedroom and did a wonderful job. He was efficient and professional and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely request him for any electrical projects down the line.

I was looking for a competent and trustworthy electrician and Tim came highly recommend. I had him do work that another electric company couldn't figure out how to solve the issue and to make matters worse, was the ridiculous price I was being charged by them. Tim took the time to figure out why the problem was occurring and he fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time without ripping me off! He even explained to me what the issue was and what he did that the other company didn't do. What a blessing. I would highly recommend, Tim, for your electrical need. I'm so glad I did.

You literally cannot beg these people to call you back to fix their mistake. Bought a Wade Jurney home where they did the electric and we’re under a 2 year warranty. None of the outlets in one of our rooms work. I’ve been calling them for MONTHS now to get them to fix it, as well as our representative from WJ Homes calling them, and they still will not call us back. You would think that checking to see if the outlets they installed worked properly would be something they would’ve done before leaving the job, but I guess not. Clearly quality isn’t important to them.
