First, I will preface this to tell you I’m a real person, not a bot. This is a real google account. This is a real review of the work that was done in my home.When I say phenomenal, I meanPHENOMENAL. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He had his work cut out for him as we had a particularly difficult wiring situation in our home. Nonetheless, he was DETERMINED to figure out how to fix our issues no matter how long it took and he pulled it off! There was another gentleman (whose name escapes me I apologize) who help him and was just as professional and knowledgeable. All that to say, if you need help with your electrical issues, Mr. Sparky are your people!

Great Customer Service! Entered a request for service/estimate monday morning, with desire for work to be completed that day. Bobby called mid morning and provided an estimate and indicated he could mostly like swing by in the afternoon. He called back after his morning appt was completed and let me know he was on his way. Work was performed quickly and price was in line with estimate. Thanks Bobby!

We made the right decision when we hired Honesty Electric to do a complete rewire of a remodeled home in the Dilworth area. The job was no easy task, but Luis and his team exceeded all of our expectations. His communication was incredible throughout the entire process, and the company was very easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, took care of the home to ensure cleanliness, and passed all inspections required by Mecklenburg county.

Honesty Electric is now my go to electrician in the Charlotte area. I highly recommend Luis and his team to take care of any of your electrical issues. In my opinion, they are the best electricians in town.

If you are in search for a great electrician, WTC Electric is who you need! I highly recommend them! They have the best customer service, and get things done in a timely manner.

Be careful using the people. They claim to be Christians but they cheated my elderly mother. They charged her almost $200 to come to her house to do a repair and did nothing. When I called the owner he used profanity and hung up the phone. He did call me back and said his people would fix the issue. That was more than a month ago. They take advantage of the elderly... do you really want them in your home?....

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.
