The tech was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and answered all questions without spin.

On Time arrived quickly to my home on a last minute request. My panel was short circuiting and Travis did a great job informing us of our options. He cared so much that he said if we wanted a second opinion he would wait until he knew we were taking care of the panel that day because he wanted us to be safe. I definitely recommend using them if you want good work and want it done quickly.

Daniel and Matt from Mr Electric are great. They corrected a serious code violation in my home and walked through the various options to get things back in shape. They answered many questions, arrived on time, and were courteous during the whole process. Highly recommended.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

We live in an older home, and we needed to upgrade our 2-prong outlets to 3-prong outlets. Plus, we needed to add some exterior outlets. We found them on Angie's List and saw very positive reviews. The owner gave us a very fair price, scheduled us quickly, and worked with our budget not to go over what we could afford. The work crew arrived on time, and did a thorough job, keeping us updated all the way. They were very respectful of our home, and were very courteous and friendly. They will definitely be our first call for future electrical projects, and we will tell our friends about the excellent, friendly service and prompt follow-through. Highly recommended.
