Victor is a great electrician. I had a couple of spot lights installed by another electrician. Whenever they turned off they would pop and they were not dimmable. Victor came and explained that the lights installed won't work since I have an old house that isn't grounded and that they should never have been installed. He let me know what type of fixtures would work. I purchased a couple fixtures under his guidance and then he came back and installed them. They look great and are dimmable. He was on time, courteous and so knowledgeable. I won't use anyone else in the future.

Lander Electric has a range of services most electrical contractors don't. They wire new construction for all electrical systems, but also install custom lighting, lighting control systems, home audio/video, and home security systems (they don't offer security monitoring though). Not the cheapest electricians, but the work and the customer service were great.

We are very grateful we found Energy Technologies. They removed our old oil burning furnace and installed a top line heat pump and air handler for heating and cooling. They did a thorough assessment of our needs and explained all the possible options and costs. They worked long hours to get the equipment installed and the electrical work completed and connected so we now have cool air as we enter our 2nd unprecedented heat wave of the summer. Thank you Al, Hap, Darsey, Alexi, Eric, Andres and Martin, you are all great and we appreciate you!

Brent was great to work with. He’s really smart, knowledgeable and figured out a goofy wiring issue that was done when the house was originally built. Highly recommend

I contacted Mirsky Electric on Monday morning looking for a quote on an EV charger install and to diagnose some moderate LED flickering. Within 90 minutes I received a call back from Matt who let me know they were booked pretty far out for estimates, and even further out for the work. He was also very up front that diagnosing the LED flickering would likely be quite time-consuming and costly because I've already done all the trouble shooting and it's matter of finding the interference that's causing it, somewhere in the whole house. Probably not worth the cost. I thanked him the call back and said I'll probably need to install the EV charger myself as I need to complete it sooner than they would be available. I had a couple follow up questions to make sure I was selecting the optimal equipment for that install and Matt quickly replied back with the info I needed. Thanks very much to Matt and Mirsky Electric

My girlfriend hired Economy Wiring to upgrade to 200AMP service at our house as well as replace the existing panel board with a new panel board that allows to add electricity to an area in the house that had none including 220 and light switches and receptacles. They left without finishing the work, the work they did do was not what was needed, and they didn't return calls or emails. We had to hire a new electrical company to correct their work and finish, adding thousands of dollars of cost. She called me several times while they were there and Im kicking myself for not running back to the house. While there, Economy Wiring even cut one of my extension cords in half out by the outside power box which must have been in their way, rather than just reaching over and unplugging it, literally within an arms reach. When trying to speak with Economy Wiring after they left, they did not return calls or emails to address the problems and they didn't even send a corrected bill with the work they didn't finish removed. The only time we heard from them was several months later when they demanded payment out of the blue. They had never sent her a bill until then so we thought they had just gone away knowing their work was shoddy. Instead They waited to demand payment until the last few days they are allowed to file a lien in WA state against a home owner for non payment which they did. These guys are real losers. WA state does not protect consumers from shoddy electrical companies like Economy. They didn't finish the work, didn't return calls or emails to fix it, and didn't send a bill subtracting the work they didn't do, but waited several months, demanded payment a couple days before their lien deadline, and then filed a lien against her home which is terrifying easy for a contractor to do. Summary, Work done wrong, work not finished, damaged items on the property, no follow up, and then demanded payment months later lying about the situation.
