Other than having to wait (the case for every company in our area), they were top notch. Troubleshooting was fast, the fix was straight forward and done immediately. The electrician was super knowledgeable and talked us through what was done in every step. Their front office/dispatch made several suggestions for us to do in the meantime (the only company that did) - in short, great customer service, great technical ability.

Anthony who came out to give us a quote was on time and was able to send us a quote that covered all the items/tasks we wanted to have completed accurately. Later as we adjusted the items which were completed, he sent us revised invoices promptly.

Grace at the office side was always very pleasant and timely in her responses.

We especially liked Mark, the technician, who diligently completed all the items on our list to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Each day he was at the house, he made sure to clean up after the work day was over and he listened to our concerns and needs. He even helped with reinserting the plugs in the walls/ceiling where he had cut holes to fish wiring through which is a great help to us for repairing the drywall later.

We'll definitely be contacting All Wire for any future electrical needs.

I do not recommend them because they use preset pricing. I was told up front the the cost would be $600 but the job took 2 hours including clean up. Most electricains charge close to $200/hr and maybe a minimum of $250 or some sort of travel fee. Not asking how they charge was my mistake. In the future I will only work with someone who charges by the hour. Hourly pricing is the only fair way to go. If the job goes quickly you don't pay as much. If a job should be complicate and take a while it is only fair to pay for the time required. It is not fair to pay a lot for a short amount of work spent. Next time be sure to only hire someone who charges hourly. I will say that the work was fine.

I really appreciate an outfit that doesn't charge you to provide an estimate. Beyond this though, they were fantastic (prompt, good communication, great service etc.)While I hope I don't need their services soon, if I do I will check with them first. ; )

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

We had several electrical projects done on the house, another breaker box installed, inside electrical outlets, outdoor 110 power to the shed and patio, 240 power to the hot tub. Jesus was amazing to work with. Hard working, honest, good communicator. I would use him again and recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat. Very thankful we trusted our home to Jesus.

They provided me with a reasonable price quote over the phone and came out the very next day. Most other electricians were booked at least 1-3 weeks out. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Great quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We used Yelp's estimate feature, which sent out my information, as well as a description of the issue to six local electricians. Finish Solar Electrical responded within ten minutes and on a late Sunday night with an estimate that seemed fair to us. They also confirmed that they could have an electrician visit the very next day. So we scheduled that visit, but still kept the estimate system open. The next day, the other companies' estimates started rolling in. But theirs were all much pricier, with appointments much later in the week. The Finish Solar Electrical electrician showed up right on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, even despite our complete ignorance of our home's electrical system. (We didn't even know where our master switch was!) He was able to find everything he needed and determined that our situation required a new breaker. Another plus for us was that he also very patiently explained the issue and made sure we understood (in simple terms) exactly what the problem and the solution were. We discussed options, and he left to purchase a new part. Then he promptly returned, installed the new breaker, ran diagnostics, tested a few outlets, and made sure that there were no further problems. The price was much lower than we expected. We are relatively new homeowners, so we were dreading having to deal with this issue. But thanks to Finish Solar Electrical, it actually ended up being a very smooth and even enjoyable experience. Despite not yet having very many online reviews, I learned that they have a ton of diverse residential experience in and around the Seattle area and are currently diversifying their clientele. I very much recommend this company, especially for new homeowners!

Martin installed my new furnace installed last year, after a week I was confused with the thermostat and couldn't get it working, he came back right away just to show me how to work it! A year later, the furnace stopped working right after a snowy day, he came right away and it turned out I mistakenly set it on cold hair. I was amazed he didn't even want to charge me for his visit and time. A= experience!

I was really stressed and exhausted the other day because the office had been without power for over 2 days. I needed someone to help me in a hurry and I found this emergency electrician. They fixed my issue quickly and without any problem at all. They were reasonably priced, friendly, and had great customer service!

Jonathon came out to install 2 new fixtures, one in an office area and the other in a laundry closet. He did an excellent job. He was efficient, professional and his work was top quality. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess as some contractor’s do. We will definitely hire again for electrical needs.

I had used a remodeling company that subcontractored with this company. I had the pleasure to have met Andrey who is the owner of the company. There was an issue with the electrical during my project. I have an old house in Browns Point and at 10 pm he came out with his crew to fixed what happened. His crew were a bunch of professionals. They even left a tool behind knowing that they have to use it for another job and instead of coming to get it he left it at my residence knowing he had to come back to finish my project. Andrey was a true professional and great in communication. I would recommend using this company for any or all of your electrical needs. It was a true pleasure working with Andrathon electrical.
As of 10/19/20201 the owner Andrey himself came ove as promised to replace my light fixture AND gave me another outlet fixture. He added the electrical outlet at no cost and installed it. He was here at the time that we agreed upon. His professionalism was above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any residential electrical services needed for your home. DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE.! Thanks Andrey, top notch work.

Grant came out to repair one light fixture in a duplex unit in the Issaquah area . After spending 3 hours he not only could not repair the fixture he also did not have a firm return date and charged his fee. We were left with out lights in 3 fixtures after his repair efforts. I was compelled to call another electrician , Lander electric . Lander solved the problem quickly and we were up and running. Tyler electric is not a qualified outfit and will charge of repair is done or not.

My husband and I had this company come to our home to install some wiring for our new stove. First, they were 3 hours late. Mind you, they came to our home at 3:30pm...Second, they had no supplies in their van, not even a wrench. So the 2 hours of them even starting any work, they spent it at Home Depot getting supplies. And third...they quoted us between $1,300-$1,400 for the work. By the time they got my oven to start it was 9pm. Late. They said the man who is in charge of taking the payment was not in the office cause it was so late, so they will send me the updated invoice thru email and we can pay over the phone. We were happy that night. They were happy. They left all good. The next morning my husband woke up to a $1,999 invoice! Obviously we were shocked and angry, so we called and talked to the accountant. Supposedly, the men that did our work put the “time” that they went searching for supplies on their time cards when they knew they were not to. So they took that off. But as we were looking more and more at the invoice, we noticed that they marked up all the supplies 3X! A supply at Home Depot that was only $3.00, they were charging us $15.00!! So after many attempts at calling them, and telling them that this was not fair practice, they reluctantly got the invoice down to a price that we thought was fair! But not until after the owner said “We will get the invoice down to this price as long as you promise to NEVER CALL US AGAIN for any type of service to your home! We are shocked by this type of behavior from a supposedly 20 year long business. Never in my life have we ever had to deal with someone so nasty. So rude! The dishonesty your business has presented was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered! We will never call you again...you don’t have to tell us twice! The even sadder part was, when we FINALLY got the invoice, of course on their time table, it told us to pay by the end of the hour or they will put back the “discounted amounts” as full price. Who gives a customer an hour to pay after they’re the ones who messed up and tried scamming a customer out of money?!?! That’s right! I said scam! Your business is a target for the weak, a prey for the rich and you target and scam the innocent. The voice calls that we audio recorded would make anyone roll over in their grave. Karma will catch up one day.

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.
