We are extremely satisfied with the work that Grant did for us. We had various projects done, which included changing our outdoor lighting, changing lights under the cabinets, and installing two ceiling fans/lights. He was very professional and friendly, and happily answered all of our questions. We will definitely use him again.

When we got stuck during a bathroom fan installation project, we realized we needed the help of an electrician. After calling around and getting a few quotes, we found that Grant had very competitive rates and was able to make time to see us in a just a few days. He was on time, friendly and professional and even though our problem was somewhat complicated, he was able to finish the installation and get our fan working again. Grant Tyler is a competent electrician who is willing to brainstorm specific solutions for complex scenarios. Over the past few years, Grant has done various projects around the house (Issaquah, WA), mostly at very short notice.

He has installed a 100 amp outdoor sub-panel powering our 50 amp, 240 volt electric car charger and 30 amp, 240 volt air conditioner. He has also installed various LED lights, smart switches, bathroom fans, etc. over the years. After testing all these installations every day for many months, I can personally attest to the quality and longevity of Grant's work. All of his work looks perfect and works exactly as it should. Our car is happy and so are our lights, A/C, fans, and of course us.

He is like a minimally-invasive surgeon in his ability to do installs through the attic and crawl space, and tap power using the existing holes in your wall, so the work ends up looking clean and perfect from the get-go. Best part is, his pricing is fair and straightforward, and since you pay per service and not hourly, Grant will work until the job is done and done right. i will be trusting him with all my future electrical projects and referring him to anyone and everyone!

I initially contacted a company who wanted to charge me $10,000 to run new circuits because they didn't troubleshoot correctly. I called Grant and he found the actual issue very quickly and it didn't cost anywhere near that. I can't recommend recommend him highly enough. It was a great experience from start to finish. I will call him for all my electrical needs

Grant replied after hours to my email for help and was at my house the very next day! While addressing my original issue he discovered my outlets were not only installed improperly, they also weren’t grounded. Grant took the time to explain everything to me as he went which made me feel a lot better. He is now coming back to check every outlet and fix the lighting in my family room because it’s too dark to do anything but watch TV. A very polite and respectful young man along with being reasonably priced. Women have to be more guarded letting men into their homes to do repairs, lady’s, this is your guy!!

We are big fans of Grant's work! He installed some flood lights and ensured the wiring and pipe was aesthetically pleasing. He also installed 3 light fixtures in our home, one of which was a large chandelier. He was very responsive, always on time, and patient with my crazy puppies.

Grant (owner) came out to my residential project and did a fantastic job. I’ve had many electrical contractors out to complete my jobs and none are as professional and timely as Grant. I will hire him in the future and strongly recommend him!

Working with Grant was great. we had a moving schedule and he was able to accommodate every step of the way. And most importantly, after he dug trenches for new 220 hot tub connection, refilled them it was as if he had never been there. Additionally, he wore booties to not track dirt in the house which I really, really appreciate.

I had the whole left side of my house go out. I contacted Grant and he got back to me immediately. Came out 2 days later and was on time too! He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. He charged a fair price and was very courteous. I will use him again for a large job that needs to be done soon.

Grant was fantastic, very responsive and prompt. We had a bunch of random electrical work that had been sitting for quite some time and he figured it all out, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Contacted them because part of my electrical circuit was broken, and some lights and an outlet were not working. I got told that the electrician ( named Grant) would show up on sunday if possible, monday at the latest. He said he would let me know during the weekend and schedule an actual appointment. I never got a call back. Ended up calling Kanon Electric, and got serviced the next day.

Grant came out to repair one light fixture in a duplex unit in the Issaquah area . After spending 3 hours he not only could not repair the fixture he also did not have a firm return date and charged his fee. We were left with out lights in 3 fixtures after his repair efforts. I was compelled to call another electrician , Lander electric . Lander solved the problem quickly and we were up and running. Tyler electric is not a qualified outfit and will charge of repair is done or not.

Grant was great! He was very professional and worked to troubleshoot a broken fan in our upstairs bathroom. It now works great! Highly recommend.

Grant came out to switch my panel and install a few pendant lights, and he did an amazing job! I will definitely call him again in the future as well as refer him to all of my friends.
