Great electrician, very poorly managed company.
Called to solve a problem with a heater, got a time window, the electrician didn't show up and they didn't let me know, called again and re-scheduled. Electrician didn't show up for a second time and once again they didn't let me know. Called a third time and the person on the phone was totally rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I was able to connect with the manager who did this correctly and finally got the electrician, who did a good job.

These guys are amazing! I highly recommend them.
Especially Toby Lake, you can just tell that he has a good heart just by being around him.
They really know their stuff when it comes to electrical.
Highly recommend them.

I would recommend, 10/10. We have had Norman with Mr. Electric out to our hospital twice. He has been very prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and cleaned up well after both jobs. We will be using Mr. Electric again if we have any future electric or fan issues!

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

We called for service on Monday - They came out Tuesday and did the work on our gas line for our range/stove flawlessly. Tyler is such a positive and sincere young man - he looked at what was needed and got right to it. My wife and I will be repeat customers without hesitation.

It was easy to get a quote, schedule when the work would happen, and reschedule when a conflict arose on my end.

The task was to add a new 50A circuit to the breaker box and run new wire to the kitchen for an induction cooktop that will replace the gas cooktop so that we can reduce our carbon footprint. The induction cooktop hasn't arrived yet, so I don't yet know if the new circuit works or not, but I'm optimistic!

After the gas cooktop is replaced, the laundry dryer will be the last thing that keeps our gas usage above zero.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

Showed up on time, provided us with a detailed proposal and our options, and prices were competitive and inline with our expectations.

This company so far is #1 in my book! I live across the country, and my sister who lives in Bellevue called this company (remind you she is not fluent in English), and they were so kind to her and came out to meet her needs in such a short notice. The way they provided the professional service was above and beyond! Thank you, you truly are the company with the Customer Service in mind. Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

Navid from Energy Technologies came out to take a look at our cooling system. He found a fan motor had gone bad. Obtained the proper parts and repaired the system. The office was good at following through with repair quote / scheduling repairs.
Navid was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

I called this electrician to install a light fixture at my home and he came the next morning. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient with the job. He did an excellent job of installing all the necessary hardware in my home, from hanging lights to switches. He was finished before noon and charged me $90 for his work!

Jonathan was fantastic. Very professional and made some great suggestions. Was cognizant of the costs and tried to keep the job as cost effective as possible. Was expensive, but I know I got a quality job done right.

We completed a pretty substantial remodel of our home and it required a lot of electrical work (ie: rewires, removing baseboard heaters, installation of new canned lighting and smart switches, etc.). Andrathon Electrical and the team was SUPER IMPRESSIVE! Knowledgeable, quick, efficient, very clean and always arrived on time.

The owner, Andre, also went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done well and that we were completely satisfied. He also came out personally and resolved an outdoor outlet wiring issue that we had several other local electrical companies look at and they couldn’t figure it out. Can’t recommend this company and team enough! We will definitely use them again for any of our electrical needs.

Grant was great! He was very professional and worked to troubleshoot a broken fan in our upstairs bathroom. It now works great! Highly recommend.
