On two different occasions, technician James Ernst has done an outstanding job installing a variety of light fixtures plus an outdoor electrical outlet for me. The cleanup is particularly noteworthy, as he removes/takes all trash and debris from my house and fastidiously vacuums up any remaining dust. All on his own, he noticed a loose screw in my storm door and replaced it with a longer one. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Jacob is very professional and courteous. He identified the problem very quickly, solved the problem, and provided some consultation for me. The customer service was also very responsive.
