The technician Rick was friendly, considerate, and (from my very limited electrical knowledge) provided great service installing a bathroom junction box and fixing the switch to our patio light. Following the service, a representative from Mr. Electric followed up to see how the service was. When I mentioned lightly that I had been concerned about requiring a permit for the work, the feedback was immediately passed to a manager who contacted me (and the city) to confirm the need for a permit and the cost applied. Overall, very happy with the work and especially the high level of customer service. Will definitely use in the future.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

I had Tyler from Economy Wiring install a fireplace, outlet, and a bathroom exhaust fan. He's been excellent - always on time, great communication, and as a person is very courteous, friendly, and professional. The price seemed very reasonable, he broke down the quote pricing by item (fireplace), and worked with our other contractor (fireplace surround) and coordinated with him to make sure our fireplace was installed and set up perfectly. Tyler was honestly great and I will definitely go back with him again the next time I need any electrical work done!

1. Lander came out to North Bend for my new electric doorbell & Ring doorbell -both work fine.
2. Lander helped me with a mysterious partial panel outage.
3. Lost some of my lights, no heat power, no fridge power, no dishwasher power,
4. No power to lights and receptacles on East side of my house.
5. They checked out grounding, breakers, and panel and got it all going.
6.Lander's PATRICIA stayed in contact with me during this severe problem. My Thanks to her.

Excellent service from start to finish! Ryan Surprenant consulted with us on the unit needed, price, and expectations. We didn't feel any sales pressure and he steered us away from buying more than we really needed. The terms and schedule were agreed to up front, and all were delivered on time and on budget. I have worked with a lot of contractors and professional services and it is very refreshing to work with people who provide a quality customer service in addition to their professional expertise.

This group is AMAZING!!! We were beyond impressed by the professionalism, attentiveness, & ability of the Energy Technologies crew. We have an AC system which was installed by a DIFFERENT company about 2 years ago, which was not functioning properly. A total of 4 technicians from the OTHER company, over a 1 month period, had attempted to investigate the problem & were not able to identify the issue or figure out a solution. THANKFULLY, we found ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES & asked this group to take a look at our system & to help us out!!! The crew was able to schedule us for a next day visit. Martin went above & beyond to evaluate our system & was quickly able to identify the problem & come up with an effective solution. He even discussed other options to help enhance the efficiency of our cooling system in the future if needed. Martin & team took the time to really listen to our story & input. He was friendly & professional & extremely knowledgeable. He was not phased by our unusual case, and in fact mentioned that he had recently attended an educational conference which had helped him to address our problem! We are so happy with our experience! We definitely intend to rely upon this group for HVAC maintenance & any future issues. We highly recommend this group!

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Brent and his team were efficient and thorough throughout the entire process. We had some chandeliers removed/installed and added a dedicated outlet under the house for a remodel project.
They had to do this in two stages and Cameron and Johnathan completed the follow up work expertly and were a pleasure to have in our home.

I will highly recommend OBOT to anyone in need of an electrician and was especially impressed with the team that I've met, Brent, Cameron and Johnathan.

Andrey and his team did a great job. I had a bunch of electrical work that needed to be done and they fixed everything on time and priced fairly. Super nice guys who know their stuff.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Grant did for us. We had various projects done, which included changing our outdoor lighting, changing lights under the cabinets, and installing two ceiling fans/lights. He was very professional and friendly, and happily answered all of our questions. We will definitely use him again.

This has been very painless and fast! I called Eugene on Easter thinking I'd need to leave a voice mail but he answered and booked me for the next day with Mike. Mike was very professional and understanding of my situation and came up with a solution that accommodates it. He took care of my problem with ease.

Dave was great for our nearly whole house rewire. We had a bulk of our circuits on knob and tube. He was able to replace them all and preserve the character of our old Craftsman farm house. Many other electricians wouldn’t even claim they could do it to the level he did without damaging our lathe and plaster walls or without drilling holes in our old bead board walls. Dave did it all; Hot tub circuit, RV hookup, out door outlets and lighting, whole home surge suppressor, electrical mast raise where it comes into the house. Inspection passed with flying colors, and we couldn’t be happier. Change order fees were minimal as he really worked with us through the process. While he enlightened us everyday he came to work on our major electrical project with conversation, his work will continue to brighten our world everyday going forward.

For 25 years, I've called Pat Ivers when I've needed an electrician. He's been tirelessly upbeat, a pleasure to work with, and I've always felt treated like a friend.

A little on the high side

Great experience with the company. Technician Jay came out for the inspection and bid. Jim in the office got me the bid the next day and we scheduled the work out for the next week. Jay arrived first thing in the morning to replace my whole panel and install a generator hook up. He was very fast and efficient, and walked me through the process of hooking up my generator. Great company to work with and will use again in the future!

I called Mirsky in to install some smart switches and diagnose/fix a wiring issue with my garage lights. Nate was extremely competent, professional, and friendly. The appointment took considerably less time than I expected, saving me money. I'm already scheduling an appointment for some more work.
