Had a good experience with them. When it comes HVAC services for Seattle they stand out with good customer service. They are now merged with Apline Specialty Services and everyone I've spoken with is very knowledgeable.

My furnace was out during a freeze right before the holidays. I called and Luanne was super nice and gave me advice on what to check on before making an appt. After I followed her advice to defrost an outlet pipe my furnace worked fine. Thanks so much!

We have used Accurate for our furnace needs for many years, (furnace repairs, new installations, and a difficult ductwork system replacement job), they always come help us very quickly. We use them for both our residential and commercial units. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Extremely disappointed a downturn in their service, especially for a repeat customer. I had previously had good experiences with Accurate, using them for annual service and replacing our furnace. I made an appointment to have them quote replacing our AC over two months ago for March 23rd, only to have them no show. The response was that they implemented a new system and they’re sorry but weren’t going to take new appointments, which is just totally unacceptable. I’m now out two and half months and have little hope of getting the AC done by another company before summer. The mistake was 100% theirs and they can’t even do me the courtesy of squeezing me in when my house is two miles from their office. Simply put I’ll never be back.

I highly recommend Accurate Heating & Electrical! I called almost in tears after we had just purchased our first home, my husband was out of town, and our electric wall heaters didn't work when I turned them on for the first time. They assured me they would help and for a fair price. LuAnn was very responsive and got someone out to our house quickly. We ended up getting a couple other offers that said we'd need to replace all of our electric wall heaters and thermostats. Accurate Heating electrician, Tyler, said we didn't need to replace the majority of the heaters but rather they just needed to be cleaned out since it was an old house and the heaters hadn't been cleaned in decades. Overall, they saved us a lot of money and were lovely to work with. If you want an electrician with experience that will not rip you off and are fairly priced, go with Accurate Heating and Electrical! THANK YOU!!

They replaced our furnace and installed a new ac unit a little over a year ago. They always contact you, listen to you and communicate with you. If you have to leave a message they get back to you by the end of the business day. Very courteous and personable. Have since had other contractors in our home and they always comment on how nicely done our HVAC and AC systems are. We are warm and toasty in the winter and cool in the summer! Had them back for a service check in and everything is great so far too. Highly recommend them for any HVAC/AC new units, maintenance or repairs. They are familiar with NW style houses, awkward spaces and city codes. This is a really great local company that is straight forward with you and offers honest prices. They also treat females with respect. By far the best contractors I've ever worked with.

Have been a customer of Accurate Heating & Electrical for the past 15 years. This is a locally owned company with an excellent staff of employees that won't disappoint. From their customer service desk to their field repairmen and installers you'll experience excellent customer service, knowledgeable trades men and highly capable installers. For 15 years Accurate Heating & Electrical had service my gas furnace. After 27 years of service from my furnace, I decided it was time to replace my unit. Accurate Heating presented me with a few options which are very reasonable from a cost standpoint of view. Within a couple of days after I made my selection the installers were at my home to install my furnace. I thought that it would be a simple remove and replaced and quickly learned there are many differences between the old and the new. The installers had to do custom work to fit the new furnace into the same foot print as the old. This included building a custom platform and ducts to connect to the existing footprint. I'm blown away at the skills these craftsman have and their competitive cost for work that is second to none. I highly recommend Accurate Heating & Electrical. A local company with incredible employees.

Requested a quote to do a furnace replacement and add air conditioning. The second person we talked with said they would call even if the owner did not want to do the work. Clerk lady said owner would offer some alternative people to bid the job if they passed on it. Week plus later no response or call back as promised. Don't waste your time with this company.

Had these guys come out to my place in W Seattle. Was told no parts was required so it would only be labor and won't cost much, so I had them carry out the work. When I received the invoice it was close to $400!! I was pretty amazed after being told by the owner Terry himself that labor would not be much. Won't be using these guys in a hurry.

Terry is a rare breed. He actually cares about what he does and who he is doing it for. He's a super honest man and doesn't oversell. If he can fix it instead of tearing it out he will.
He's been through his business growing pains and came out stronger. I always refer him without hesitation.
I did work for him for four or five years, but that's how I know his ethics and always feel comfortable recommending Accurate Heating.

Dutch came out to my house for a furnace repair. He's a great technician, he taught me a lot, was very experienced and knowledgeable. Only reason for the missing star was the price, it was more than I was expecting but his time was worth it.

Bob was incredible. He’s a seasoned professional who arrived on time and was very knowledgeable the entire visit. I was most impressed by the fact that he went over and above to ensure I was well taken of. I felt he was extremely thorough and I am satisfied.

They drove past my corner where I was picketing for Black Lives Matter and The driver gave me the finger and shouted out his window that they don’t matter.
