Best Electrical Remodeling in Seattle WA

The quality of work was poor, requiring multiple call backs and corrections on wiring, location of outlets and lights during rough in. The finish trim tech installed multiple lights in the wrong location, damaged ceiling around recessed lights, hung dangling lights too low. Left job with work
incomplete and never said a word about it to me,just left. Can't post pictures of damage, or I would.

Anthony did a great job repairing the water supply lines for my water heater.

Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

The first company I arranged to come out, didn't even bother to show up on the date we agreed upon. I called Brennan Electric after a friend suggested I try them and they were able to schedule our project in a reasonable time frame. Jim, the electrician that came out was professional, knowledgable and put us at ease. He did a professional job. He came back again to install our cooktop on short notice as well. I felt like he took care of our project as if it was his own home. We will use Brennan Electric again in the future when we have projects that fit their service. Thank you Jim and Brennan Electric for working professionally with your clients.

Great company, Martin fixed our heat and even happened to fix the water pressure in our sink when he noticed it was weak!

The electrician, who did an outstanding job of power restoration, helped us by resetting our circuit breaker and testing our utility lines. He was able to save my house and was quite friendly, it was a pleasure working with him.

Jonathon came out to install 2 new fixtures, one in an office area and the other in a laundry closet. He did an excellent job. He was efficient, professional and his work was top quality. He cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess as some contractor’s do. We will definitely hire again for electrical needs.

Eugene and his crew saved Christmas for our family. We had a tree come down and rip the electric wires off of our house. Eugene came out same day. Gave us a quote which was the best quote we received out of 4 companies who came out to assess the situation. OK, Flash Electric is seriously the absolute best! I was getting the insulation replaced in my attic and the company told me that if I ever wanted to add a bathroom fan, now is the time. I called Flash and they were able to send someone out within a couple of days to give a free estimate. Aaron was so kind and helpful (and even changed a light bulb for us we are all too short to change, which fixed one of our electrical concerns immediately). I explained the tight timeline we had, and even though he was completely booked out, he found a way to squeeze my job in to make sure it was done before installation of insulation. He checked in with me throughout to discuss my preferences and was very transparent about pricing and timelines. The payment process was incredibly easy, and all the staff was so kind. I trust Flash, feel they have an incredible level of integrity, and know they really care about helping customers. You should use them!!

For 25 years, I've called Pat Ivers when I've needed an electrician. He's been tirelessly upbeat, a pleasure to work with, and I've always felt treated like a friend.

Cristian, while performing routine semiannual generator maintenance, noticed (I.e. smelled) a propane leak. He set himself to finding and repairing the leak. We much appreciate Cristian taking the extra time and putting forward the extra effort!

I’ve used this company a few times now and they are one of the best firms in west seattle. They actually respond to you, they do great work, and their prices are reasonable. My EV charger works great and I’m always happy with their team when they visit.

We were referred to Mirsky to fix issues with certain bedroom outlets not working. Mike came in and investigated the outlets, wiring patterns and circuit breaker arrangement to determine the cause ... a seemingly unrelated outlet down in our daughter's room was affecting those in our master bedroom.

He found the issue quickly and logically, taking time to explain and answer our questions.

We definitely recommend Mirsky, and Mike in particular, and will next have them tackle a much large project: replacing all outlets, switches and dimmer mechanisms in the entire house (built in the '80s) with modern outlets, rocker switches and slide dimmers.

My girlfriend hired Economy Wiring to upgrade to 200AMP service at our house as well as replace the existing panel board with a new panel board that allows to add electricity to an area in the house that had none including 220 and light switches and receptacles. They left without finishing the work, the work they did do was not what was needed, and they didn't return calls or emails. We had to hire a new electrical company to correct their work and finish, adding thousands of dollars of cost. She called me several times while they were there and Im kicking myself for not running back to the house. While there, Economy Wiring even cut one of my extension cords in half out by the outside power box which must have been in their way, rather than just reaching over and unplugging it, literally within an arms reach. When trying to speak with Economy Wiring after they left, they did not return calls or emails to address the problems and they didn't even send a corrected bill with the work they didn't finish removed. The only time we heard from them was several months later when they demanded payment out of the blue. They had never sent her a bill until then so we thought they had just gone away knowing their work was shoddy. Instead They waited to demand payment until the last few days they are allowed to file a lien in WA state against a home owner for non payment which they did. These guys are real losers. WA state does not protect consumers from shoddy electrical companies like Economy. They didn't finish the work, didn't return calls or emails to fix it, and didn't send a bill subtracting the work they didn't do, but waited several months, demanded payment a couple days before their lien deadline, and then filed a lien against her home which is terrifying easy for a contractor to do. Summary, Work done wrong, work not finished, damaged items on the property, no follow up, and then demanded payment months later lying about the situation.

They upgraded my service. From permit to wiring, to panel, they did it all! Passed inspection without a hitch. Their fee was reasonable. I've called them anytime I've needed them and they respond quickly. I love to support a local, family owned business. I get my money's worth everytime!
