I won't use your services ever due to the sheer fact that one of your drivers cut me off by going over the double white lines today. 2/6 at 5:15pm around Kirkland. If those are the types of drivers/electricians you hire, no thanks.

We had an elderly relative in the Seattle metro that was in desperate need of getting her power back on after a storm a while back. We called Mr Electric of Greater Seattle and got everything set up and they went out and fixed the issue. Our relative cant stop talking about how nice and corteous they were. Thank so much for going over and beyond Mr Electric of Seattle! 🙏

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

This company was arranged through our realtors/escrow for our new house for some work we needed. The electrician didn't contact us directly ever. We had to ask our realtors for updates on when they were going to come check things out for an estimate. They didn't come until over a week after we closed on the house. When they did, they sent an assistant? who barely spoke with my wife while he was there. He didn't leave a card or take any of her contact information or even identify who he was. A few days later our realtor sent us their quote and apologized on their behalf (again, why isn't the company themselves contacting us?). I called the number on the quote to arrange the service because I already waited this long. A man said he'd call me back to set up a time. No callback. I call them again the next day and he said he will get to it no later than 6/27 and text me confirmation. No text. I called him to cancel today and I don't think he remembered who I was.

20 days have gone by since we moved in and the work was supposed to be scheduled prior to closing. It's odd that our realtors didn't give us contact info for the electrician, but that's for another review. The electrician should have got our (the home owners) contact information right off the bat so we didn't need a go between.

Estimate came in 10mins thru Yelp project request, I was able to talk to Eugene right after. James came the next day and did an Awesome job. Great manner and professionalism, plus THE PRICE OTHER WON’T BEAT.

My guy has added all my TV's to both of my properties along with both of my Tesla chargers. Never tried to upswell anything outside of what you need. Super professional and the best of the best! I recommended him to my colleagues who bought homes in magnolia and Bellevue and he didn't disappoint anybody.

English isn't her first language and she is older, but all she needed done was to adjust the plug on a new stove she had received. This stove is equipped to be converted so the job shouldn't have taken more than an hour otherwise. They also claimed that they had done the conversions many times before.
They did not do it right the first time, and charged her again for the second visit.
This place is obviously a scam when you can company.
Do not use them. Save the harassment and your money.

Was having trouble figuring out how I can fix an issue with my heating system. Was getting a lot of Can't help you responses from other companies while calling around.

Spoke with Stacie who was kind enough to take the time to get more information from me via email, do some research, and then provide a path forward to fixing my issue! How helpful and responsive they were (even though I wasn't purchasing a specific service) really says a lot about them.

Brechtech gave us high quality expedited service in an emergency situation. Marvin went above and beyond to fix our electrical issue. Highly recommend them.

Although very knowledgeable, I was very sad with their service. The guys and the company itself are really nice, but the job we requested was never actually finished.

My girlfriend's mom had them come to her house to fix their heaters in one of the rooms that wasn't working. She paid for the service and they came out to the house.

The problem is that the heater itself was never actually fully fixed. In other words, they came to the house, but never really finished the job because the heater wasn't working.

After calling them multiple times to get them back out here, they somehow never answered the phone.

In conclusion, be weary.

I can't say enough about what great work Jeff did on my 1925 home. I needed a complete electrical overhaul from the old knob & tube wiring, as well as new outlets in all rooms, not to mention other upgrades. Jeff and his team were communicative, quick, clean, and non-disruptive to my life during the process. I had many, many other bids, and was told I'd have numerous, huge holes in my walls. Jeff made no holes, except of course around a few outlet covers - minimal. He came in at a lower price and did what I know is a much better job than the rest. Five Stars!

The scheduling staff were very good and easy to work with, the technician arrived as scheduled.

Unfortunately, he was the slowest worker I have ever seen. He was hired to replace our existing range electric prong with 3 wires to a 4 prong wire with a new ground, all the way to the panel. He took 12 hours to complete the job!! I watched him tack conduit into the drywall in the garage in one spot for over 10 minutes! The work was begun on 02/20 and we still haven't been invoiced for the service, I think because he was missing a part (backordered he said) to be used in the breaker panel, and therefore the job remains unfinished. The work he performed was well done, and appears to be accurate, but I felt a more realistic estimate could have been provided by the scheduling staff.

As a comparison, we recently had other electrical work done, by a different company, for a new heat pump installation and that electrician really hustled and completed the running an entire new electrical wiring from outside the house the breaker panel in less than 4 hours.

Mike did much electrical work for my commercial building. I called on him over an over because of his skills, organization, competence, and reliability. I'm in a different line of work now, but I will always reach out to Spectrum first, and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Did a small doorbell power job for me quickly and efficiently. Good people to work with. Highly recommended! TY
