The electrician came out and gave me a free quote the same day I called and started the job the next morning. Andrei and Igor did a great job installing undercabinet lighting and the lights and outlet for my new kitchen island and countertops. They also fixed the switch for my garbage disposal which I was having issues with for months. The electricians were very professional and good at answering all my questions, they finished all the work in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Everything looks and works great and I'm loving my new kitchen :)
I've been recommending them to all my friends and neighbors and will definitely use this company in the future!

We had an elderly relative in the Seattle metro that was in desperate need of getting her power back on after a storm a while back. I contacted Reign City to install a light fixture in an awkward spot in my house (in the middle of a hallway with a 13-ft ceiling). They were very responsive and came over quickly to install the fixture. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier. OK, Flash Electric is seriously the absolute best! I was getting the insulation replaced in my attic and the company told me that if I ever wanted to add a bathroom fan, now is the time. I called Flash and they were able to send someone out within a couple of days to give a free estimate. Aaron was so kind and helpful (and even changed a light bulb for us we are all too short to change, which fixed one of our electrical concerns immediately). I explained the tight timeline we had, and even though he was completely booked out, he found a way to squeeze my job in to make sure it was done before installation of insulation. He checked in with me throughout to discuss my preferences and was very transparent about pricing and timelines. The payment process was incredibly easy, and all the staff was so kind. I trust Flash, feel they have an incredible level of integrity, and know they really care about helping customers. You should use them!!

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.
