24/7 Electric was very responsive in setting up a service call. Then the issues began. Technician was running 3 hours behind. By the time he showed, it was the end of the day. He identified a complication with wiring for a wall mounted TV, ignored the other multiple reasons I had contacted this outfit about (installing 2 new fixtures and 2 new outlets I had purchased in advance.) Then turned and walked out of my house without a word and drove away.....No followup call...no nothing. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Great service! They were able to send out Tommy the day after I called, and he kicked butt and took names from our kitchen sink/disposal problem. Correctly diagnosed in two minutes, fully fixed within two hours, and even took a few extra minutes to handle a bathroom sink issue I tacked on at the end. Thanks Tommy!

I contacted Reign City to install a light fixture in an awkward spot in my house (in the middle of a hallway with a 13-ft ceiling). I contacted Mirsky Electric on Monday morning looking for a quote on an EV charger install and to diagnose some moderate LED flickering. Within 90 minutes I received a call back from Matt who let me know they were booked pretty far out for estimates, and even further out for the work. He was also very up front that diagnosing the LED flickering would likely be quite time-consuming and costly because I've already done all the trouble shooting and it's matter of finding the interference that's causing it, somewhere in the whole house. Probably not worth the cost. I thanked him the call back and said I'll probably need to install the EV charger myself as I need to complete it sooner than they would be available. I had a couple follow up questions to make sure I was selecting the optimal equipment for that install and Matt quickly replied back with the info I needed. I’ve found my new electricians!!! All aspects of working with BEST was great. During the initial estimate the owner didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need but instead made thoughtful recommendations like changing some of my outlets to usb outlets. During the final walkthrough the crew was as excited as I was to see everything upgraded, consistent and shining bright (which I can control with dimmer switches lol). The crew worked hard, putting in 12hour days sometime to make sure they completed the project on time. They were super easy to work with too. They accommodated a change I made during the project and a change once everything was finished. They never made me feel like a burden or like I was putting them out. I’m also really proud to support a black owned business. If anyone asks me for an electrician recommendation I’m recommending BEST!
