Man what a blessing this company was tonight! My power went out for half of my house on CHRISTMAS EVE! Couldn't imagine having to go through Christmas with no power. An emergency electrician was dispatched and fixed the problem within minutes and since it was such an easy fix it was at no charge! What a blessing! I called these guys to get a quote on replacing my hot water heater. They sent Tommy out to have a look, he gave me a reasonable quote and then lowered the price below that if I were to have the work done that day. The heater is in the attic of my house, he had no trouble getting the old one out and the new one in. I would call these guys again for future plumbing needs.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

All the outlets on a circuit in my kitchen suddenly stopped working. I contacted JC Green Energy and Jesus immediately took my call, listened to the problem, and said he could respond the next morning. An hour before the time we agreed, he texted me to say he was on his way and would arrived as scheduled. Jesus was right on time, he was professional, reassuring, and wore a well fitting mask correctly. He did a careful evaluation, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed GFI outlet. I was grateful the for the timely and competent service. It was more expensive than I expected, but to have someone respond so quickly and complete the repair the next day was excellent.

1. Lander came out to North Bend for my new electric doorbell & Ring doorbell -both work fine.
2. Lander helped me with a mysterious partial panel outage.
3. Lost some of my lights, no heat power, no fridge power, no dishwasher power,
4. No power to lights and receptacles on East side of my house.
5. They checked out grounding, breakers, and panel and got it all going.

I live in Medina and I needed some work done with my lights in the ceiling and my motion light sensor switch. I looked online and went with Merv Electric. The guy who is also part owner, showed up on time, the day I chose, willing to take their shoes off to enter the house, replaced my motion sensor switch and helped me fixed my lights in the ceiling. I am very happy I chose this company!

This should be a zero star review. My first review did not post, so here's what happened: we ran into an emergency situation where my heater would not run (I have two small boys) I called this company at 12:40 pm. They said a tech would call me. I called back at 1:40 pm, and was told a tech would call me. I called back at 5:30, 6:30 and 9:30. Nothing. I asked them not to come at this point.
I called this company back this morning hoping they would, make right what was wrong, a quote from their responses to these reviews Instead I was told, we're not going to be doing work for you. I had contacted Eugene from Reign city electric for a Nema 14-50 outlet installation. Eugene was quick to provide a text message estimate based on a few details which was both competitive and great (few other companies charge $100 consultation fee that folds into the estimate if you choose them). It took a bit of time to schedule, but once we got it scheduled within a couple of days the technicians arrived promptly and completed the installation within an hour time. The quality of work was clean and the technicians took the time to verify the outlet installation and show it to me that it was working.

I will definitely be reaching out to Reign electric for any electrical work in the future.
