He could’ve easily sold me on the installation but he provided honest recommendations and temporary solution that is cost effective before getting an official answer from my Tesla solar/powerwall system. Richard was very helpful with providing me information, an estimate and scheduled me the same day. Lucky for me, there was a cancellation and they were able to send someone sooner. Valentin showed up on time and was very friendly. He was able to determine the issue and fix it. I don't own the house so Valentin was able to explain the situation in a way that I understood and was able to explain to my landlord. I asked Valentin a question about possible work for the future and he provided me with useful advice. The total price was also very affordable and very close to the initial estimate. My whole experience with Rock Electric Service was positive and pleasant. I will save their information for future repairs/service and highly recommend them.
