Work was beyond expectations. After completion, all areas were cleaned and clear. Outstanding service for the price. Only bad part was the late start for being the first call (10:00am). Very happy overall!

I had a customer who needed a fan swap and 2 kitchen gfi’s that stopped working. Once he had the job in hand, he sent over a bid for the job and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. Aaron was very communicative and his electrician, James, was very respectful (wearing a mask during these COVID times), efficient, and completed all tasks on hand. With this going as smoothly as it did, I already have him booked for a second job!

I would recommend Laurence Kolb to anyone interested in having a perfect lighting/electrical experience. I found Laurence online and contacted him. We arranged a time when he could look over the lights I wanted to install. He was prompt and courteous. After choosing the fixtures I wanted, we found they wouldn't work for the situation I had with an older house/electrical, so we texted and spoke several times to make sure I could find what would work. I love my lights, but the best part was Laurence's straight forward explanations of what would work and why. No corners cut; expert. patient advice and counsel. I will request his help again when I'm ready for the next project.

My wife and I wanted an additional outlet installed in our bathroom, we called Emerald Pacific and chatted with Chris about it. The electrician John came out the next day and had it ready for us in no time. Thorough in his explanation and workflow he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up the worksite once wrapped. Trevor was on a full day's job on a Friday when I called him about a bunch of random outlets in the kitchen that stopped working, plus a security light outside. He committed to coming out at the end of his day and kept in communication about when he'd be here. In less than 15 minutes he discovered the problems, fixed them all, and educated us about how to do the repairs ourselves in the future. So happy with the panel upgrade. Extremely knowledgeable and professional crew.
