I contacted 5 electrical companies to bid on my home project. 3 responded. I have been a Facilities Engineer for 40 years and have worked with many contractors. Two of the responding contractors both started telling me everything that they would have to do and brushed off my questions and suggestions. This is a major alarm bell for me. Massella was just the opposite. They worked with me and for a very reasonable price. Excellent folks to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Horrible service ..Abraham and his crew suck!He came to do some electric work in my bathroom, didn't finish the job, received 500$ for 20 min of work and said will come the day after to finish but he never showed up!He never answered my phone when I called hundreds of times case he got the free money basicallyDon't hire them.

My breaker Failed and I had no idea what to do as a new homeowner I felt very stressed out due to the fact I that I called 5 other electrician companies and all of them said they would not be able to come out for a few days thats when I stumbled upon Srp electric the person I spoke too on the phone( probably steve)was very professional and courteous they even walked me through some troubleshooting steps on the phone in case the problem could be solved via phone call after we determined that was not the case SRP sent a electrician out to me within 2 hrs! After calling 5 other companies Who said would be days out they were honestly a godsend.The technician Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional and kept me updated every part of the way I couldn’t be happier…they even cleaned their work area before they left. I have definitely found my go to electricians no runaround no being around the bush just honest good work I loved their process from start to finish.

Thank you so much for coming last minute, no appointment, on a Saturday night because I had a burning electrical smell in the garage and had turned off the power to keep it from becoming a potentially huge problem. Showed up, so professional, explained everything as he went and pinpointed the problem. I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

Excellent service! Green Electric Solution installed a new panel and an updated subpanel along with some electrical work.The prices were pretty reasonable in comparison to other electricians we had called. They did great and fast work and was very good at communicating and coordinating scheduling
