I am delighted that Zed Electric’s business location is right down the street. The fluorescent tubes That light my kitchen suddenly dimmed. I changed the tubes but they were still dim. I called Zed Electric and learned I needed new ballasts. Problem solved!

I was using a space heater and lost power to the rooms and bathroom. It was not a breaker so I called SRP as they came highly recommended on Nextdoor. I spoke to Steve and that’s when I learned. He guided me through some steps but we had no success. They came out on time and quickly found the breaker. They installed a new circuit breaker and wire so we can use the heater anytime without having to worry. Professional white glove service at its finest.

Lee was amazing very knowledgeable n extra professional. He went well beyond his duties and treated me so fair. He fixed my smoke alarm n less than 15 min n came back when I couldn't figure out were a beeping noise was coming from. At no charge to me. Really a great guy and human being. Extra nice. I have had Heck Electric do three jobs for me. First he replaced my can lights in the kitchen with new LEDs. Next he I called him because power was out in my garage, a refrigerator was out and garage door wasn’t working. Last job was to fix outlet in my house and replace two ceiling lights. He was always prompt, work was done very quickly and professionally.

These guys are awesome! Same day service in less the 4 hours from Calling! They hooked up a new Tesla Charging system for our house!! Only amazing things to say!!! Can’t ask for better service!

Cannot recommend. Technician stated that the electric panel had to be replaced as the breaker needing replacing was no longer available. (Turns out that the breakers are readily available.) I accepted a quote for the work and waited the expected two+ months for permits but did not hear from them. I called after about 5 months, and they said they would check on the permits but never called me back. I gave up after giving them more-than-enough time to get permits and fit me in their schedule.

Talked to Alex and got a quote for EV charger for our new Tesla. Cheapest quote compare to other two places. They were really professional and did a great job. We also used them for LED conversion through out the house.
