Power went out in the house they came over quick, found the problem and fixed it quick. I was at work but they kept me updated with everything they did. They also support military and health care workers with a nice discount. If I have any future problems they will be the first I'll call. I recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

First off. Professional, caring and want you to be successful in your project. The fact that they went over details and gave advice before I even hired them-shows they care about their clients. QUICK - was able to send in photos and get a quote back same day. Hired them and got email confirmation and google calendar (haven’t seen this from any contractor so far—-thank you!). Got a text before the two electrician -Christian and Pete- showed up to let me know they were on their way. Work was completed professional, fast and CLEAN. My prior solar company went out of business. Three inverters has failed and needed to be replaced. Chilicon Power, the maker of the inverters, recommended Heck Electric & Solar.They were very responsive, coming up on short notice. They were in and out in about 1 hour and they made sure the equipment was properly registered with the manufacturer.Above and beyond the good work, they were super cool. Very much appreciate them and will look them up for future work.Update 01/08/2022:Had another inverter go out. I had called Trevor before the holidays and he proactively followed back up.Came over on a Saturday to switch out my faulty unit. In and out. Very fast, friendly, and super instructive. I continue to be impressed.

We've used Rob's Electrical numerous times now. We had them do various things, from installing new exterior light fixtures in an apartment complex, to diagnosing why a light doesn't work. Rob is easy to get a hold of and communicate with.

Cannot recommend. Technician stated that the electric panel had to be replaced as the breaker needing replacing was no longer available. (Turns out that the breakers are readily available.) I accepted a quote for the work and waited the expected two+ months for permits but did not hear from them. I called after about 5 months, and they said they would check on the permits but never called me back. I gave up after giving them more-than-enough time to get permits and fit me in their schedule.

Had an issue where part of the house had no electricity and the breaker wasn't tripped. Joe from Carter Electric was extremely knowledgable, troubleshoot the issue quickly, resolve and provide recommendations. Company was able to fit into my schedule and on time visit was experienced. Mister Electric did a great job, had a few fixtures installed and some smart switches hooked up. The prior electrician that did the job, before I got a hold of these guys screwed up a few lines, and Mister Electric fixed the issues, and everything now works perfect! Our tech was on-time, polite, and quick. would definitely recommend! I will be contacting them again when I want to upgrade/replace our main panel.
