Emailed Peter for estimate on Tesla wall charger installation. Replied same day and offered his availability. Showed up per agreed time that same day. Provided the estimate for my request and explained the cost. Told him why I wanted the wall charger then went on to offer alternative options. Being new to the Tesla electric car world, Peter explained and showed me how my current electrical setup could meet the needs that I was seeking. He verified the existing 30a dryer outlet was in working condition and explained how to set the car charging options that I was looking for. In the end I got what I wanted with his help with no charge, avoided the expense ($700+) that I thought I needed. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome and encounter on this situation. I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Customer service doesn't get any better than this!

Mister Electric did a great job, had a few fixtures installed and some smart switches hooked up. The prior electrician that did the job, before I got a hold of these guys screwed up a few lines, and Mister Electric fixed the issues, and everything now works perfect! Our tech was on-time, polite, and quick. would definitely recommend! I will be contacting them again when I want to upgrade/replace our main panel.
