A couple of our circuit breakers started buzzing at 10pm. We called Rick for an emergency repair and he showed up with the best disposition and kind demeanor. We were a little shaken by the situation, but his extensive expertise and useful advice made us feel a lot safer. He was prepared to replace the damaged parts we needed and fixed up our panel in less than an hour. I would absolutely call him up again.

Lee was amazing very knowledgeable n extra professional. He went well beyond his duties and treated me so fair. He fixed my smoke alarm n less than 15 min n came back when I couldn't figure out were a beeping noise was coming from. At no charge to me. Really a great guy and human being. Extra nice. Our family is very pleased with this company, and the service was excellent!With the news of our new baby on the way, and wanting some extra space. We decided to add an addition on our home rather then to relocate. We met with Jerry (the owner of CLD Electric) who kindly took the time to explain everything to us in detail until we were comfortable with making the choice to move forward. We did have a few other local Electrician's come out before making our decision on who to go with, but after meeting Jerry. He left us with the confidence, and piece of mind that our home would be safe for our children upon completion of the job. Then the decision was easy to move forward.From the start of the job the service men were kind, considerate, and respectful of our home. Being that we have small children, and that we were staying in the house while the addition was being built. They made extra efforts to keep the house clean, and tidy while working. The tools, and materials were put in the garage at the end of every day which gave us piece of mind for our children's safety.The whole process from start to finish went much more quickly then we anticipated, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of the new room! Alex got right back to us, rearranged his schedule to help us Monday AM. It was a big job, Alex works relentlessly, he’s talented, honest, caring, & very careful about cleaning up any messes. I hired this company to upgrade my main circuit breaker panel coming into the house. The electrician replaced my old panel, but left a hole in my exterior wall because the new panel did not completely cover the old hole where the old panel was. He sealed around the panel with a sealant, but what good is that when there is over 12 inches completely exposed with a gap about an inch wide into my wall. To make matters worse, he installed a grounding rod in my cement in the back of my house about 10 feet from the panel in a walkway where someone could trip on the stake and potentially get hurt. In doing so, he broke a wire which was part of an electronic dog fence, which prevents my dog from escaping the back yard. I would not have been angry about this if he had simply told me so that the stake could be relocated. Instead, he heard the alarm which activated to alert me that the line had a break, and went in my garage and unplugged the main device to silence the alarm and did not tell me about it at all. I only discovered this after finding my dog running around the neighborhood and troubleshooting my electronic fence system. When I found it and plugged in back in, the loud alarm sounded and I was able to deduce what had occurred. When I called the company to complain and request that they relocate the grounding stake, they only dodged my request and told me that they had to have the technician contact me, which he never did.I will never do business with this company again. It is not just the one technician who failed to show any concern for my interests, but the customer service, who blew off my complaints and repeatedly told me they could not do anything but contact the technician. These people will just take your money and not stand behind their product.

At the point in time when Kevin formed his own electrical company, he had already been performing high-quality work for us under his former employer. In addition to working on the re-wiring of our garage, Kevin had also done an immaculate job installing a ceiling fan where there was no prior fixture in one of our ceilings. When our former electrician moved on to other endeavors, brining Kevin in as our electrician was a no-brainer. Last Fall, we had him rewire our entire house, replacing the original 1920s' ceramic knob-and-tube wiring system in our old Spanish bungalow. Most recently, the attachment point of the external wiring to the outside of our house broke off in heavy winds; Kevin had Eric at our house in no time and took care of the problem! Whether the work is major or minor, Kevin ensures high-quality, punctual, clean, and friendly service!

They were pleasant and responsive from the initial phone call and were able to schedule us the next day. The repair person was easy to talk to and was thankful for the troubleshooting I’d already done, which let him skip about 1/2 hour of startup work. He had all the parts and tools on hand and had us up in running in no time. The fee was appropriate and we’ll worth it. Highly recommended.
