I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

As part of the General Motors program to pay for a home charging capability, I was connected with Bella Electric for this service. I was so glad that Bella was able to work with me to install the outlet while I was at work and I did not have to take time off. NOTE: Chevrolet sells this as a service to install home charging capability, but the service Bella was contracted to perform for GM was only to install the 220V outlet. Since the Bolt EV does not come with a 220V charging cable, I had to buy the cable separately before I could use the outlet. Once I had that - all was good.

I called in the morning - he answered, which is a plus over other companies. We talked about the job, I texted him some pictures, he quoted the price over the phone and even though it was not an emergency he came out that afternoon. I actually felt bad because the work was in the attic - supper hot.Did a great job and finished on time.I would definitely use and recommend Heck Electric again.PS, we have an in with another electric company but they are expensive.

We started out needing a few new switches and outlets which led to new lighting fixtures and wiring. CLD Electric was great with all of this. They had creative ideas on how to install new light switches and what kind of dimmer switches would work best for our home.Then when they came back this past week they replaced a faulty circuit breaker and did the repair. This company contracts with AHS and we decided to hire them for work outside of our warranty. We hired them to replace the wiring and conduit to our outside outlet and stop the buzzing in our dimmers inside the home. Not only is our dimmers still buzzing but they fought the whole time they were here which was about 5 hours. One guy (Ignacio) stormed off and left the other guy alone to complete the job. They overcharged us for the conduit replacement. They charged 3k and told us the job would take two days. The job took 3 hours and they spent another 2 hours on the dimmers which still buzz. These guys are completely unprofessional. My recommendation is to get another quote and vet the company as well as their assessment appropriately. Lesson learned!

Recommended by the Tesla salesperson, I called Pete on a Tuesday morning and he was at my house at 7:30 that night to do the evaluation. He installed the plug and conduit the following Sunday afternoon. He knew his stuff, is a nice and considerate person and got the job done efficiently.

Circuit in my kitchen went out and Richard came by and began troubleshooting the problem. Turned out I had a microwave that was overloading the circuit.I have a old 1959 home, and electrical can be difficult to fix. He figured out the problem at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Richard who is a very thoughtful and punctual gentleman.
