I had a 240 volt outlet at a rental property that needed to be rewired and they had someone out the next day and replaced it and the washer/dryer cord for a reasonable price. Bonus was that I didn't have to be there for the repair (my tenant was home). Will definitely consider them for future work. Great service!

We had an electrical emergency, we lost power to part of our house. No breakers tripped, all GFI were on. Dawson Electric responded same day, isolated the issue and repaired the issue in about an hour. Pricing was fair especially for an emergency call and repair. I called Trevor yesterday late afternoon for help with a non-functioning tankless water heater, garage lights out, and garage freezer and refrigerator out and he tried to give us instructions on the phone. We called him back and said we could not do it and to our surprise he drove all the way from Lakeside to Delmar to help us. He is definitely a professional and truly a good person. He left our house after 630 and he did a tremendous job, one that we could not figure out. He is so helpful and I do believe really enjoys helping people. Have used Robs four times. They installed a ceiling fan - and cracked the light glass but made good replacing it. A second install of lighting in an attic room was smooth - crew was friendly. Everything works well. Rob himself installed a motion sensor switch and AFIP plug a third time.The most recent work was to replace the light socket in an exterior pole light - a sort of carriage lantern which had shorted out. One worker was sent. He replaced the part, but work was poor. The fixture was loose, didn't make contact. Stopped working first night. I called again - same man sent. He fiddled with the part - same result, now bulb ended up crooked and didn't work at night. I called a third time - Rob was in the airport and seemed exasperated. The conversation went in the direction of him losing money on the job. I proposed that if his worker would help me remove the lantern part off the pole ( It is a two man job)- I would take it to a shop and have it (properly) repaired. We agreed on a date and time. I sent a text to remind him. When they didn't show I called Rob and he agreed to come next day after finishing current job. Never came, never called.I understand his resistance to keep sending someone which costs him money. On the other hand, all I wanted was a working light. I paid $300 and I still don't have a working light. The worker who was involved should have assessed the situation and realized this was not a quick - on site fix and suggest removing the fixture.Rob left me high and dry. Are you next?

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff - Jerry and Rico. We had the initial installation done and had some issues with the fan but the company happily came back out to inspect it and we determined it was a manufacturer issue. I will be calling them again for the subsequent jobs.

We recently bought a Tesla, and needed to have a 240 line installed. The salesperson told us to call Peter first, and we are thrilled that we did. He came to our house on the very same day that we called him, to visualize and plan how he would go about installing the line. Peter explained everything before he did any work, and then showed us what he was doing every step of the way. He is incredibly professional, amazingly knowledgeable, fast, clean, and congenial. He did a truly fabulous job, and would not leave until he was assured that the work he did was to our satisfaction. He followed up the very next morning to make sure that everything was working properly. It is obvious that Peter loves his job and has a passion for working for, and with, his customers. If there were ten stars Peter would certainly have earned them!!

Had some outlets that weren’t working and one of them was for the fridge. Richard came out the same day and fixed it. We will definitely use him in the future!
