We tried contacting this company on a Saturday. To their credit, somebody did respond to us, but only through text message. We relayed what service we liked and asked if they were available to work on the weekend. We received a cold response of We will never work on the weekend. That is fine they do not work the weekends, but their response was unprofessional and off-putting. It could have been communicated much more courteously and professionally. With that said, we will not attempt to work with this company in the future.

James is an experienced professional that holds himself to the highest standards of worksmanship and takes pride in his work.He is also a great communicator. Solved my problem quickly and pays a lot of attention to detail

Its actually been quite a while since we asked Emerald to do some work on our house, but I just realized that I never provided them with a much deserved 5 star review. The work was pretty standard (installing new lighting, switching old fixtures in recessed lighting, installing a fan and an outdoor fixture), but due to the way our house had previously been wired, the job was a little bigger than it should have been. Regardless, the team was efficient, incredibly professional, and was able to complete all parts of the job at a fair price. Also, I have to say that this team was also made up of genuinely kind, good people. Without going into details, we had a totally unrelated problem come up around the house, and the Emerald team (we had three at the house, I think) all jumped in to help without a bit of hesitation, offering support and hands on assistance (while still wrapping up the job on time). So if you want good quality electric work done be really great people, go with them.

Looking for someone to trust and do a honest job can be challenging. Knowing that companies who advertise to keep their business on the top of searches always makes me wonder Who's paying for that advertising . Situation... Renting a new house. Older home. Some outlets are not grounded. Electricians that Ive spoke to have told me a ground to the house is needed in order to prevent....1. Fire to the home.2. Electric injury to person.3. Electrical damage to property (computers and such)Rob himself calls me and starts to question me about who told me about the house requiring a ground. I explained to him all I needed was documentation from a certified electrician that...1. The house does not need to be grounded / a ground.2. The house meets all current electrical codes.3. The house has been inspected by a certified, licensed electrician.Robs Responce...1. You sound scared2. You sound stupid3. You sound like a scammer???4. You are lucky you have somewhere to live?Again he called me.I call him back and ask him for his last name and he hangs up on me. Real professional.Long story short... I wouldn't waste a penny on this piece of scrap.
